  There was issues with the ordering. Somehow it was listed as a "metric" indicator (this was probably my fault in selection and would have still worked", but I waited a week and heard nothing. Then I called and they told me somehow it had been put on a "stock order" and they were fixing it and would get it out to me. I waited another week (meanwhile I had a machine down to only vise work waiting on the indicator) and called and was told then it was on back order and would be at a minimum of 4-6 weeks. It was at this time they offered the US standard tool and they had it here within 2-3 days. All in all I have good experiences with Penn Tool and will use them again in the future. I would have just appreciated some communication whether it was by phone or email. Great company - competitive pricing!

  Everything arrived as described, however after using the tool a few times I went and bought an indicol holder because it did work much better. I like your tool but I am keeping it as a backup now.

  They seem to have a pretty nice line of products. Communication of order status after the initial order is non-existent. I phoned them two days after placing the order and was told it takes 2 to 3 days for an order to be processed. When after 5 days, I still didn't receive any confirmation, I phoned again (I was thinking of cancelling the order). They then told me the tracking number and that I should receive the item that day - which I did. The amount of time was not bad, but not knowing what was going on was. This is the only supplier I have used that did not give me any updates on my order or shipping status.

  My only complaint is that I received part of my order about a week later after ordering and then the last part of my order arrived nearly 2 weeks later. There was no way of tracking my order as it was always showing processing even after I received my items.

  I have used Penn Tool 3 times. First time I was sent the wrong item. This order was the second time - I had to follow up with them 3 times over the course of 2 weeks to find out what was going on with my order. No order status, no shipping info. I just used them a 3rd time - order showed up in 3 days - I had no notification when it was coming or that is was coming.

  I am very happy with the service level of Penn Tool Co. Anytime I have needed advice or inquired on a order they were there to help.   Great products at great prices. However, shipping is expensive. Cost 11 dollars ups and package came usps at a shipping cost of 3.50. Pretty sure an envelope doesn’t cost 8 dollars. I wouldn’t have cared so much if package actually came how I paid for it to come. I know shipping cost money but come on guys.
