  Website let me order a part without letting me know it's not in stock, and won't be for a couple of weeks. Had I known it wasn't in stock I would never have ordered it. Waste of my valuable time.

  It cost me over $11 to get a small edge finder and I had to call to see where it was two weeks later. Not happy with this order, dont have any reason to ever order from you again.

  I don’t have my order yet. They did call, left a message, to make sure I wanted to wait the 2-3 weeks for the product. I called back and couldn’t really believe how poorly I was treated. They asked me to call back and the guy I spoke with acted like I was putting him out. I need these parts for a customer, otherwise I wouldn’t be using them.

  My recent transaction with PENN Tool was very satisfactory, especially when looking for a specific product. PENN Tool provided me hard to come by purchases of HEUER products at reasonable cost. I do appreciate personal notifications pertaining to order status. My experience with PENN Tool was excellent.

  It took 7 days to get it once I placed order.It seemed to take 3 to 4 days longer to get then what it should have. Other than that I can finally get to do my job and not have to borrow co workers test indicator.

  This item took forever to ship. I wasn’t notified that it was going to be awhile before I got the item in the first place... no message/indication upon placing my order that the item was on back order or any other circumstance that would contribute to taking so long. I also received no notification when it was shipped, delivered, etc.- It would’ve been nice to know, and is actually pretty standard these days when ordering online from places. If you order from Penntoolco., then I would suggest ordering your items(s) well in advance.

  I would recommend tools from Penn Tool! great quality and prompt service. they communicated when I would see the product...and they held to that. too many companies with fill you with lies that their product is in stock and make you wait....but NOT Penn Tool!! thanks guys!

  I ordered a tool that showed included inserts and I didn’t receive the inserts. When I called I was told it was an error in advertising. I ended up paying for inserts and shipping from Penn tool with zero discount because I couldn’t source the inserts locally.

  My buddy owns a company making Tools for a niche industry. We've purchased many tools over the years from Penn Tool Co and they've always been just what they say they are. The packaging is always nice and sturdy (this came in a speciality wooden box), they work well with repeated use and repeated wear and tear. 10/10 would recommend.

  Wide assortment of products. Relatively easy to navigate the site--not an easy matter when there are so many products from so many suppliers. Good customer service--I was notified by phone of a temporary out-of stock condition, given an anticipated back-in-inventory date, and offered the option to cancel or wait. Quick shipping.   Good price on the tool I purchased from Penn Tool, I did not receive an email confirming shipment after a couple weeks so i emailed Penn Toll to see what action, if any had been taken. I never received a response but the tool showed up within another week or so and is of good quality.
