  Ordered online , don’t use Apple Pay it confuses there system snd skips shipping . Once that cleared up plan on waiting 6 weeks for your order after contacting them multiple times !! Even when you check status of order on there site it always has no order has been received !! I’ll find new place to order tools

  I ordered the Gerstner International 11 Drawer Oak Top chest for my husband's birthday. He has been wanting one for so long to display his pocket watch collection in. It's a beautiful and very well made. A lot of attention to detail. It was so well packed that nothing could have harmed it on it's journey. We did have one problem with it and that was the lock on the case not locking. One phone call and the replacement was delivered in less than a week. Wonderful company to deal with.   Poor communication, no shipping notification, long shipping time. I didn't expect same-day or even next-day shipping, but a week is pretty ridiculous. Even after inquiring about my order, I was never given a shipping notification. Is this a small business or just a front for some logistic headquarters/ warehouse? Won't purchase from again, and won't recommend to anyone else.

  The product is excellent, however it took quite a while to arrive. This may be symptomatic of what we are experiencing in the supply chain for all "heavy" machinery in that there are extraordinary delays in receipt of these items - if they are available at all. The long delivery time is the reason for 4 stars - otherwise it would be five.

  My experience is very bad. I spent $153 and never received anything. When I talk to a chat person they said I never ordered anything and I have screenshots of the amount of money that came out of my account, and the confirmation of my order. So I want my money back or I want my quench oil. I will be calling your 800 number!

  shipping takes 2 weeks and delivered the wrong item and when order the product it says free shipping after you order the part they call you and ask for the payment for shipping which cost $14 for less than a 1 lb item.

  The item was mislabeled as HSS instead of HCS. I have not used yet but it seem to be as advertised otherwise. In hind site I should have known the prize was too good for HSS. They have yet to correct the mistake in the ad. The staff was accommodating and fair to deal with, and that deserves some extra points.

  This will be good feedback for you. I live in Connecticut; occasionally I order heavy products from misc. companies and they almost all arrive with their packages heavily damaged, sometimes with parts missing because they fell out. Is it UPS? maybe. My chuck arrived double boxed, thank you! More durable packaging or a second container is highly recommended. Product from PennTool was fine. Thanks!

  Somehow the first order's package was opened through shipping and by the time it was delivered there were no contents in the package except for Penn's packing slip.   I ordered in early Jan, and the pricing was wrong, so they had to re-do the charge, and now it's mid February and I still don't have the item. I have called to see what is going on and haven't had a response yet. Very disappointed in the extremely poor communication.

  Thank you for checking in on it, although someone did finally get back to me and it’s back orders for months. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew that was the case. No where did it say it was back ordered or not in stock. Since funding this out I have asked for a refund and haven’t heard back on that for awhile now. Continued poor communication on site and in customer service.

  The web site is easy to navigate and purchase items from. I enjoyed the people at Penn Tool informed me of each step along the way. Penn Tool makes the process easier.

  Products are fine but it takes weeks before it even ships. No tracking number provided and even after repeated calls to their office not much information. I've ordered two pretty expensive grinder items and both took 3 weeks to arrive. is this just a drop shipper site?
