  The overall experience was very bad. After placing the order, it was not shipped or there was no status update for days. Next, the delivery address was wrong from your end. I checked UPS that the error was on sender’s end. This prolonged the already late delivery. I chose penntools for faster delivery, but the premium price on the product has not reflected on the quality of service. Very disappointed. I had to make an urgent shipment for a project and that got jeopardised. I could have gone for cheaper options.

  Ordered a collet for a job assuming immediate shipping as there was no indication it was out of stock or backordered. After several days not receiving tracking information I sent them a note to get the information. Several days later I finally received a tracking number and it had just shipped. I gave them another chance on another collet and the same thing happened. 12 days from time of order until shipping. I will use another distributor next time.

  I had some difficulty finding what I needed. I did find it mainly from google which led me to what I was really looking for. Then the List was a bit confusing with the different designators. But overall, it was easy enough to use with a computer savvy person.

  Site navigation was a snap. Customer service was spotty, first off, holding a tool until the vendor verifies that it's the right tool is just demoralizing. If I have enough brain power to look up such a specific tool, I don't need extra help. The result was 6 weeks waiting on a tool I needed 5 weeks prior. I'll use Penn again, but nest time I'll be calling in an order and requesting updates, 6 weeks is ridiculous.

  I ordered these four drivers to make working on small engines easier for me . WHIA tools are very precise and durable. Always top notch and fairly priced . Given the choice and the resources I will chose Whia over even snap-on if they have the tool I need .

  Unfortunately, the item I ordered online was back-ordered, and I couldn't afford to wait for it. I spoke with John at Penn Tool, and he cancelled the order for me and set everything straight. Penn Tool has been around for over 50 years, and was highly recommend to me by a friend who's been doing business with them for years, so even though my first order with them was disappointing, I plan to keep them on my "Preferred Vendors" list and will be ordering from them in the future.

  While Penn Tool had the best price, it took nearly 3 weeks to get this item delivered. I called them several times to get a status update, and while they did respond, it was too much effort on my part to get this order processed. In addition, they don’t give you the tracking information on the shipment unless you ask for it. I think Penn Tool has some room for improvement here.

  The chest is a very nicely finished box. I use it to store my watch making tools and as a work surface; when seated at my desk the top tray of the box is of the perfect height for me to work on small watches under a loop. Very nice.Ger

  Well packaged and arrived in good condition. Delivery was a bit slow, but more likely because of the generally slow deliveries over the last9 months rather than Penn Tool..
