    I was a little disappointed that the tool I ordered was not in stock and it did not say anthing about a 2 month lead time. 2 weeks after I ordered, I called and the guy said it was shipping and when I called back 2 weeks later I was told it has a 1-2 month lead time.     Horrible experience. Placed order 4/25. Credit card was charged 5/4. Called 5/17 to check on status of order, still no product, was then informed it would ship the next day,(quote “this is guaranteed “ Still no product. 6/9 called again was told product is in stock it will ship that day. Still no product. Called 6/20 was told there was a delay from vendor it would now ship. By this point I’ve had it asked for order to be cancelled and refund my card. The lady said she could do that. Great 2 days later and my card has not been refunded. I’m sure it’s going to require another call and I still probably won’t get my money back.i don’t understand why my card was charged in the first place when they didn’t have my item in stock. The worst excuse for a company I have ever dealt with. Before you think I’m being unreasonable i would like you to know I’m 50 years old and this is the first negative review I have ever left in my life.

    I ordered a 1/2 inch square 5c collet. I took 3 weeks to show up, I called multiple times and was told multiple times that it is shipping out “tomorrow”. When I finally received it the square is way undersized and is a hassle to put any material in the collet. Anytime I want to remove material from it if the collet is still in my lathe I have to remove the collet from the collet closer

    The item is pictured with a 8mm type shank but the item that I received is a 3/8mm shank that unfortunately will not fit the machine fixtures I wanted it for. Non of the descriptions tell you want shank the indicator uses either, so the pictures is the only indication as to what it could be. Device works great. Just will not fit for my current application.

    I found out the manufacturing department needed another positioner after ordering the first. I ordered the other 4.5 hours after the first one and made a request on the order to ship both at the same time. No one responded and it did not happen. Infact they came 1 day apart from each other. Look at order number 402301 for evidence. Your online system does not work well. Two days had past since I placed the orders and the status says order received. I emailed on March 23 and no one responded I emailed again on the March 27 because IT STILL SAID ORDER RECEIVED. At 8:31 PM on the 27th Nick Pameshwar answered with this "Your orders are entered in our system and with our purchasing dept. There is vendor stock on these and we are working on getting this shipped out for you." I will most likely not order from Penn tool due to your lack of people and system working correctly. Since the order, 5 weeks ago I've received 13 Penn emails which is also a turn off. I know it's part of the general terms of use that a customer is forced to agree to otherwise the order or in this case the review wont be submitted. (Please check this box if you want to proceed)

    Very dissatisfied. Absolutely no updates in regards to my order status. I had to repeatedly call them to get things moving with my order.     Products arrived in good condition, but I had to place multiple orders and repeatedly email to get a single item. They seem very disorganized and don't seem to keep records of what's actually in stock, so you can place an order and not hear anything for weeks with a pending charge hanging on to your card.     Cancel my order because I found same item for $50 cheaper. Order was sent to me anyway. Contacted company and returned unopened box. Have not received credit for the order. This has been going on for 6 weeks. Will not recommend Penn Tool.

    Customer service was good. Albeit at first it was taking longer to get my initial order then discovered there was a backorder issue. Would have been nice to provide notification via email. Called to follow up and was told taking longer. Their in-stock showed more than what I received. There was follow up from PENN explaining only had one in stock and sent. When I explained why I needed a minimum of 3 for a facing mill they were able to provide an alternative - which has turned out to be good. However the alternative came in a pack of ten. As it turns out it was still the best way to go. All is good. I will still recommend ordering from them - and will do so myself when I need more items.

    The broken tap removal tool worked great. It was compact enough for me to be able to use it in a confined space.
