  Efficient and smooth when placing orders. But the delivery time is long, no one follow up, no communication channel. Later, the staff contacted, but the reply was very slow, and did not provide enough information. As a result, it took a long time to get the goods. May we suggest that when placing an order on the website, besides the shipping method of UPS, we can request to use our forwarder to pick up the goods at your company.

  Product is good, shipment took longer than it should have. I had to call twice to check on the status, each time I was given a date later than the original and later than the previous time I called. It finally showed up several days after the third arrival date.

  My order was received but was not shipped until a phone call was made to verify a shipping number 10 days later, shipped the following day to be recalled from UPS and sent back to pen tool. My order finally arrived 30 days after original order date.

  Promised deliver dates they could not do because they didn’t have the product on their self, and what they did have they didn’t send, had to wait for them to get everything together, had several conversations with C.S., my feeling is it lip service, will not be buying there again. Ordered aerosol and pump spray of Trick Shot Oil, had a project to try it on, after the delays I used my old stand by “WD40”

  I was a little disappointed that the tool I ordered was not in stock and it did not say anthing about a 2 month lead time. 2 weeks after I ordered, I called and the guy said it was shipping and when I called back 2 weeks later I was told it has a 1-2 month lead time. I may nothave bought it from Penn Tool if I had known there was a long lead time.

  I ordered a a large print copy of “Machinery’s Handbook”. At $145.00. What I received was a $24.00 paperback “Machinery’s Handbook Guide”. I need the book I ordered.   Horrible experience. Placed order 4/25. Credit card was charged 5/4. Called 5/17 to check on status of order, still no product, was then informed it would ship the next day,(quote “this is guaranteed “ Still no product. 6/9 called again was told product is in stock it will ship that day. Still no product. Called 6/20 was told there was a delay from vendor it would now ship. By this point I’ve had it asked for order to be cancelled and refund my card. The lady said she could do that. Great 2 days later and my card has not been refunded. I’m sure it’s going to require another call and I still probably won’t get my money back.i don’t understand why my card was charged in the first place when they didn’t have my item in stock. The worst excuse for a company I have ever dealt with. Before you think I’m being unreasonable i would like you to know I’m 50 years old and this is the first negative review I have ever left in my life.

  I ordered a 1/2 inch square 5c collet. I took 3 weeks to show up, I called multiple times and was told multiple times that it is shipping out “tomorrow”. When I finally received it the square is way undersized and is a hassle to put any material in the collet. Anytime I want to remove material from it if the collet is still in my lathe I have to remove the collet from the collet closer

  We purchased a Baileigh DM10 deburring machine for our manufacturing processes. It took months to get here but we were patient since this was during the peak of COVID.   The item is pictured with a 8mm type shank but the item that I received is a 3/8mm shank that unfortunately will not fit the machine fixtures I wanted it for. Non of the descriptions tell you want shank the indicator uses either, so the pictures is the only indication as to what it could be. Device works great. Just will not fit for my current application.

  Made the order on march 28 and still have not received entire order by may 11. Am returning what I have received as I finished my project using product from other vendors. I believe Penn Tool sold me this product through MSC (Manhatton Supply Company) as my order came in MSC packaging and Penn Tool marked up the price as compared to MSC's catalogue. Won't buy from them ever again.

  I found out the manufacturing department needed another positioner after ordering the first. I ordered the other 4.5 hours after the first one and made a request on the order to ship both at the same time. No one responded and it did not happen. Infact they came 1 day apart from each other. Look at order number 402301 for evidence. Your online system does not work well. Two days had past since I placed the orders and the status says order received. I emailed on March 23 and no one responded I emailed again on the March 27 because IT STILL SAID ORDER RECEIVED. At 8:31 PM on the 27th Nick Pameshwar answered with this "Your orders are entered in our system and with our purchasing dept. There is vendor stock on these and we are working on getting this shipped out for you." I will most likely not order from Penn tool due to your lack of people and system working correctly. Since the order, 5 weeks ago I've received 13 Penn emails which is also a turn off. I know it's part of the general terms of use that a customer is forced to agree to otherwise the order or in this case the review wont be submitted. (Please check this box if you want to proceed)

  Very dissatisfied. Absolutely no updates in regards to my order status. I had to repeatedly call them to get things moving with my order. When I finally did get my order an item was missing and only after contacting them again did they realize the item was discontinued. This was a month long process and I will not be ordering from them again.

  Products arrived in good condition, but I had to place multiple orders and repeatedly email to get a single item. They seem very disorganized and don't seem to keep records of what's actually in stock, so you can place an order and not hear anything for weeks with a pending charge hanging on to your card. Reps I dealt with were clearly doing their best but the whole ordering system seems unreliable.

  Cancel my order because I found same item for $50 cheaper. Order was sent to me anyway. Contacted company and returned unopened box. Have not received credit for the order. This has been going on for 6 weeks. Will not recommend Penn Tool.

  Customer service was good. Albeit at first it was taking longer to get my initial order then discovered there was a backorder issue. Would have been nice to provide notification via email. Called to follow up and was told taking longer. Their in-stock showed more than what I received. There was follow up from PENN explaining only had one in stock and sent. When I explained why I needed a minimum of 3 for a facing mill they were able to provide an alternative - which has turned out to be good. However the alternative came in a pack of ten. As it turns out it was still the best way to go. All is good. I will still recommend ordering from them - and will do so myself when I need more items.
