  I am very satisfied with Penn Tool Co and the product. It was easy ordering and was shipped out very quickly. The items are working awesome for me. Penn Tool was new to me with this order and I am never sure how things will go. There was absolutely nothing to worry about and it was an excellent experience.

  The Royal Brand Live Center was great, but took a few weeks to receive it. It works very well, but the lead-time was more than we were expecting. I guess that's just the norm these days, but it would be better if we knew more about the actual lead-time prior to ordering.

  After I placed my order and it was confirmed no other information such as shipping/tracking was provided. I had to call the company and get this information after waiting over a week. When the tool arrived there were no instructions included on assembling the tool or how to correctly use it. I doubt I will ever order from them again.

  Waited 2 weeks and nothing received. Reached out and asked where order was and told there was a mix up from manufacturer and I would have it in a few days. Never recieved and after week, reached out again and again given similar excuse and told will get in a few days. This repeated twice more always prompted by me reachign out to check status. Finally, after 6 weeks, I ordered it from different website. Received it 3 days later but still waiting for my refund from Penn Tool. Worst shopping experience ever and I will never shop from there again. Later checked out some online reviews and apparently this is very common for them.

  My experience was poor from the beginning to the end. A few days after placing my order I was contacted by a salesperson informing me that their price was too low so they couldn't honor the $50 discount code, and their site underestimated freight, so I'd have to send them an additional $110. I then had to send multiple emails over a week to get them to send me an invoice so i could sent the additional payment. Once I finally got my order confirmation, I requested the eta and tracking info. Requested that info a half dozen times over the next month. No reply. One day a machine was delivered. Without any advice notice. I open the box and instead of the blue Birmingham 3in1, it's an Inco 3in1. I double check my original order confirmation, it was supposed to be a Birmingham. Check my second confirmation from when I paid extra for their mistakes, it says it's a Precise 3in1. They offered me $140 discount to keep it. I wish i hadnt had customers waiting so I could have sent it back.

  The way PENN Tool Co. processes their orders will leave you wondering why there's no updates, but in the end, everything arrived. We did guest checkout, so an account might have helped us. Otherwise very pleasant company who has the best pricing on iGaging Tools.

  We placed our order on October 10th. Approximately, 8 days later we received a call to verify our address. Then two weeks later, I called in to check on the order to find out that it hadn't successfully been communicated to the packing department to ship out. I was informed during that phone call that it would be shipped by the end of the week. I called again one week later to find out the product had still yet to be shipped and that they did not have stock of the product but that we would have it very soon. I requested to have complimentary overnight shipping but that did not occur. It took another week for us to receive the product. On our invoice, a day after receiving the product, we were given a $10 coupon. I'm not sure what for but I will not be ordering from Penn Tool Co. every again. The last person that I spoke to in customer service just pushed blame onto another department and I felt as though they brushed every thing I said off to the side. I am very unhappy with the quality of customer support that I received.

  I will strive not to use Penn Tool in the future. After being told this part was in stock, I was then given what I feel was a complete run around as to why it hadn't shipped. It finally comes to light that the tool wasn't in stock and had to be ordered or transferred in. Had I known this to begin with, I would not have placed the order. Instead, representatives for Penn Tool prevaricated multiple times, until I finally cancelled the order and sourced elsewhere.

  Item did not come with all the parts in the description of item. Tried to get missing part from them. After weeks of trying I gave up and asked for a RMA. They said box it and tell them the size and weight so they could give me a return label. Put in large flat rate box o over a week ago and let them know. Still waiting on the return shipping label they promised. Be cautious doing business with them.

  Sent me the wrong comparator. I ordered and paid for a Fowler and got an igaging. I let customer service know that I would keep the comparator just comp me a refund and they still haven't even done that. I would rate lower than 1 star if I could.

  Supply chain issues delayed the delivery of this product order - This is not Penntools fault. However, I received multiple conflicting updates asking wether I wanted to proceed with the order both via email and phone. Once I decided to cancel the order and indicated so again both in person over the phone and in email response, I continued to get even more updates with inconsistent delivery predictions that varied widely and this was after I had indicted multiple time that I wanted to cancel the order. After I purchased from another source, I received one more phone call telling me that the order/product was available and would be shipped unless I (again) told them I didn't want to continue. In short, the communication over the status of this order was abominable.

  Good products at competitive prices. They have excellent customer service should you need to contact them. Order communication for shipping often lags actual shipment. Processing takes considerably longer than competing companies. Overall, I keep coming back to PennTool, I just don't order to have a product in a timely manner like McMaster Carr is geared to provide.

  I ordered a SPI Linear Horizontal Scale and was sent an Accuremote Vertical Scale, without my permission, because the SPI was not in stock. The accuremote is a lesser brand and can not be certified/calibrated so it is useless to me. Since the communication from the 2 people I have talked to about it has been equally frustrating. Neither will address my questions.

  About 2 weeks after ordering my product, I still didn't receive it. I called customer service and was told order was placed and is still in purchasing, but the item is in stock. The operator told me he would look into it and get me shipping confirmation. I received my item about 2 weeks after that with no shipping confirmation or emails stating my order went through. I feel like if I don't call to check on my order I would still be waiting for it today.

  Parts were nicely made, packaging could have been better. Some parts were dinged up in shipment. There should be dimensions on the drawing as to location of the mounting holes. Nice engine.
