I ordered a 21mm socket, but received a 22mm socket. I was emailed an invoice and responded letting them know I received the wrong item I was told someone would be contacting me regarding the issue. I still haven't heard anything.

As others have said BEWARE, they never respond to emails, they do not stock what they advertise on the website, communication and the customer is not their priority. Never received items canceled them and only received a response after I called my credit card company to have the charge canceled.

No custom service whatsoever. Sarah U. Repeatedly said my order would ship in a few days each time I had to call to check status. After a month of not receiving my order I asked her to cancel and give me a refund. A week later still no refund. I had to call again to finally get my refund. Big waste of my time.

It's been 5 weeks since my order and they charged me for the full amount yet I only received part of my order. No emails were sent to inform me of the delay/stock status of the item that I still have not received. I just think this is bad customer service in this industry where competitors website are actually correct with the item status and you typically receive your items within a week.

There was initially a problem with their website not posting my order; and I couldn't get the status, etc., but the customer service individuals quickly and effectively resolved any issues I had, made sure the manufacturer followed through with my order, and kept me updated. My top-tier drill press is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

Communication is horrible. Website shows items "in stock" when they are actually not. What they mean is items are "in stock" at their supplier. Long shipping times, no tracking numbers or order status emails. Received an email after the sale from the owner welcoming me to the family and inviting me to contact him with any questions or concerns. When I called to speak to the owner I was told "I'm too busy to speak to you about a $40 order". Owner then left this as a reply to my google review: Thank for taking the time to review Penn Tool and also harass my customer service representative this morning. The item was in stock in California and he did provide you the tracking information. If it makes you feel better to write this review I hope it made you feel better. Our other reviews certainly tell a different story of how we treat customers. That includes being respectful and not abusive over the phone. You barely made my $25.00 order minimum and I did not want to talk you about it this morning. I don't care if you spent $29.00 or $2,900.00, you do not have any right to abuse one of my salespeople. You have absolutely no clue what it is like running a business post pandemic with supply chain shortages everywhere. Yes, it is certainly is possible something is out of stock and we need to go to another supplier. Bought a set of deburring tools for our company. Received them 2 weeks after ordering. Then, upon trying to use them, they were completely dull and worthless. I called their customer service dept and was told since they were used they cannot return them, as well as past 10 days. So I guess our company is out $140 on useless garbage and they won't back up their products. Terrible return policy. Go somewhere else for your tools.

Total fail in my opinion. I had ordered an annular cutter and received an empty package. It appears that the bit had cut through the packaging. I had sent emails with pictures and am still waiting for a bit. I had to have the bit so I went to a competition to get the bit. Tired of waiting.

No stock indication on website. Call to verify stock if you're in a hurry. They're terrible at communicating. I had to call and/or email regarding every step of my order. Placed order 12/3/2021, was held in fraud department until I inquired about it on 12/17/2021. Was informed that 1 item was out of stock. I asked they send the in stock item now, and the back ordered item when available. No answer either way. I follow up 12/30/2021, was then advised both items now back ordered 3-4 weeks. I told them I was willing to wait, I understand current supply chain issues. However, the order was not officially entered until 1/10/2022, and I did receive the order until 2/17/2022. I'm not so upset about the length of time, it was the lack of communication and apathy from the company that irks me. My order was bounced around to every sales rep they have at the place. Does not seem like a well run business. However, I did receive the tools I ordered at a reasonable price. I'm unsure if I'll do business with them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Everything was well packaged and arrived intact, however most of my order arrived over a month after I had placed it. Customer service was very responsive when I contacted them about the status of my order. I would have appreciated a message earlier saying that things were either not in stock or delayed, or seeing on the website how many of those items were in stock. I would have also appreciated getting a notification saying that items had been shipped.

This is the second order that I placed and both orders took me calling after weeks of waiting to get them shipped. You have the product but it should not take 3 weeks for you to ship. The item in question iGaging Setup block Metric is excellent. The problem is the customer service. It is basically non-existent. Only acknowledgement was that the company had received my money. Subsequent phone calls stressed the large volume orders received, COVID effects, lack of personnel. Contact person, this is two weeks after receipt of bank charge, stated that order was slated to go out that evening and that tracking info would follow. Never received tracking info. Item came in two weeks after call. Product great ... service not so much.
