  Email updates on my order showed that package was delivered and signed for. However, I had not received it. Checked CCTV, rang neighbours, rang DHL who investigated and said they would ring me with more information. 2 days later, the package was delivered to me from an address sharing the same postcode but a completely different house name. The next day DHL rang without any further information so I was able to inform them I'd received the package.

  Way over-priced and delivery makes it a no show as a regular purchase. Think of them as Harrods without the label but with a higher price. Need to be able to provide UK retailers to remove the crippling delivery charge for 200g of product!

  Great tea but really really really stupid delivery system that does not allow items to be left safe and staying in all day to sign for tea seems a bit much. Tea however - is 100% outstanding.

  I am satisfied about refunding the shipping fee I paid, but I haven't received my order yet. When I paid 16.90 EUR for express shipping, I expected an express shipping - by June 10th as was specified in the order details. It is now June 19th and no signs for the package and I had to pay approximately 9 EUR for customs because the package was shipped via EMS.

  I love every tea I have orderer from Kusmi shop, Paris .They bring me a bit of Parisian teahouse athmosphere to Lapland, Arctic circle, where I live. Also I love the Russian heritage of Kusmi teas. Mostly I order Russian blen black teas, but also green teas.
