Review collected by a third partyMy provider, Jeremy Verhines, was amazing. At the start of the appointment, he gave a brief overview of what it was going to be like. He gave me open-ended questions that were easy to answer and I never once felt judged. I've never had a psychiatrist listen to me the way he did. He let me talk and tell him what I've been going through. He eased my worries about the appointment. I'm so happy that I got a great psychiatrist on my first try through Klarity. He arrived on time to the appointment with no technical difficulties. After my diagnosis, he sent my treatment plan straight to the pharmacy and I was able to pick it up the same day. Thank you so much, Jeremy!

Very easy to get appointments and get refills for prescriptions, much easier than when I used to have to drive 25 minutes to my doctors’ offices. As someone with ADHD, anything preventing me from doing a task/chore, such as this drive, can make competing the task very difficult. Being able to have the appointment online removes this barrier and makes my life much easier. My provider, Jeremy Verhines, was very easy to work with on my visit with him. He was able to adjust my prescription to better suit my needs, and helped when I had some issues filling the script.

Review collected by a third partyKlarity ADHD made it SUPERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR easy to register and sign up for an initial appointment! I heard many reviews of bad providers but after I took a leap of faith, I feel like I chose the right provider. I've had previous providers from other services locally which were not good. I feel like I will make DRASTIC improvement with Klarity and the provider!

Review collected by a third partyMy provider Joana Reyes, is great. I would give her 5 stars for her responsiveness and care. For Klarity overall, I would give 4 stars because while I have a provider that offers medication, I would have also liked to receive behavioral therapy which was advertised on the main website, but there is no one available.

Review collected by a third partyAs someone who has moved a lot in the past few years, it has been a struggle to deal with insurance and finding doctors/timely appointments. Klarity made it super simple to set up an appointment within a few days and get me back on track with my medication. Joana Reyes has been amazing- she's listened to my concerns and helps formulate a treatment plan that works for me. Highly recommend!

Review collected by a third partyI worked with Joana Reyes. She was extremely kind and compassionate, and very willing to listen to everything that I had to say regarding my symptoms. I have rarely felt so validated in my experience working with a medical provider, and developing a treatment plan with medications that I felt satisfied with. Overall, I would most definitely recommend Joana to anyone who is considering her. This has been a lifechanging experience for me. I am so grateful to have found Klarity, and Joana in particular.
