Having a condition that makes it difficult to make and keep appointments had kept me from seeking help for ADHD for many years. Joana was available the same day I sought services and has been consistently responsive and helpful throughout the two months. I started a new job and missed an appointment and she was able to reschedule me almost immediately. She’s listened and never made me feel like I’m exaggerating or “lazy,” when that’s how this condition makes me feel often. I’m grateful that this service led me to a provider that genuinely cares.
