  Very quick and easy way to get labs done without seeing a Dr and fighting with insurance. I like to keep tabs on my lipids more than once or twice a year. I’m glad this is available. The more knowledge I have about my bloodwork , I’m more apt to eat correctly.

  The check-in process is difficult to follow. I had to help a few patients with the steps. I discovered even though I thought I did it correctly, after 45 min wait I asked at the desk and it had not checked me in!

  This was only the 2nd time I have used Personalabs.com, but it was easy to identify the tests I wanted done, and to see what I should expect as far as fasting or other preparations for the day of testing. Scheduling was also easy and fast. I live where the licensing bodies like to make it really difficult for people to look after their own health, so having access to diagnostic testing like this that I can go over with health care providers on my own schedule, really is important to me.

  I've been using Personalabs for several years now, after retiring before eligible for Medicare. Not having traditional insurance, Personalabs is my main go-to when needing annual testing and monitoring. Website is easy to navigate, the prices are great and the sales make that even better. When I needed help and contacted them, I ALWAYS get excellent service.

  Personal Labs offer a good selection of tests at a competitive price, and we have used exclusively for many years, however in the past year they have been discontinuing certain tests forcing us to use a competitor for those tests who with the same labs. The competitors pricing is just as good with the same service and conditions and often to maximize any discount we have to top up with tests that would have normally been in the Personal labs basket

  As a Canadian snowbird, we are so glad to have the convenience of ordering a necessary monthly test online and then having a lab within 4 miles of our winter residence.   The website would not let me complete my order as it was saying that I didn't select a shipping method, but there was no place to select a shipping method. Once I started chatting with Kimberly she emailed me an invoice, which I was able to access and pay. It was frustrating at first, but in the end was great. I do realize now that my insurance will not pay for labs unless it comes from a doctor on my Medicare plan, so I will have to pay for the labwork out of pocket. Meanwhile I asked the lab to provide me with that cost by way of email, and they emailed me a number to call, which I did and was on hold too long. Still didn't have lab work, and probably won't.
