  The tech was extremely rough with me, physically hurt me and pushed the needle in hard. Blood pooled in my arm after and I have an enormous bruise. I did not known blood collection could be that painful.

  I don't like the fact that I have to have physician approval before the order can be generated. Had I known this, I would have looked into other options. I've used Personal Labs in the past and that was not required.

  The only problem I have is with the self check-in kiosk. Besides that, the whole process was very efficient. Was in the waiting room and lab for less than 10 minutes. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

  I love how easy it is to order the specific lab tests you need to track whatever health issue you may have. Really helps stay on top of things - especially when you’re trying to manage a health issue in between having health insurance coverage. Total life saver as far as peace of mind is concerned.

  It’s so easy to keep tabs on your health with Personalabs! So far I’ve found the costs are not prohibitive and the results are fast. I’ve been so happy the whole experience! The lab is very close to me which is also great.

  I received my lab order about 4.5 hours after order. One thing that wasn't clear, is that the price with Personalabs covered my Quest costs (I thought I may need to pay out of pocket for testing). I received my labs back in under a week. I'll use this again.

  My husband and I are so appreciative of Personal Labs. Using it for purchasing our labs is so affordable. We save so much money yearly and I am able to keep a better track on any concerns we might have. The wellness group labs is such a great coverage of overall health and such a great price. With Personal Labs you just generate your labs, get approval, make an appointment with lab center near you. I walk in hand them my voucher and they draw my labs. Report is back in a few days. It’s such an easy process.

  Web site is good -- but doesn't tell the whole story. The only lab offered for the test I wanted was Quest. Fine. I ordered all tests at Quest. Only after I paid the fee did the PersonalLabs site explain that none of the tests I ordered were available from Quest in Arizona. That's lame. To their credit, PersonalLabs sent me a lab order for LabCorp -- but at a higher price.

  I rate this service as AWESOME! It's easy, fast, and at a very good price. Like Trey WIlson once told me, "Get control of your own health"!. We do, we did, and I just ordered 2 more tests that my PCP asked about. These 2 tests were at the 30% off rate. Do it yourself. Buy it, order it, and get down to the lab. The results are always waiting for me the next day to download and print. VERY HIGHLY RATED!!

  I was able to order and pay very easily. Which is great for personalabs, but I was not able to make an appointment, even after "generating my lab order". I had to call a number for Quest, make an appointment at a location of my choosing. Now I am 1 week away from my appointment and I have no idea if Quest and personalabs are communicating. I am guessing no because Quest didn't ask for my order number and simply made an appointment. So we'll see what happens. This should be much smoother. Once I pay, give me a location where I can schedule myself and confirm it with an order number.

  I had a very bad experience today that cost me $50.00 the person I talked to at personal labs agreed to send my CBC lab order to Quest but instead he cancelled my urinary test that I had already paid for and tried to add another $30.00 to the price making the total price for the urine test $60.00 and he never did move my cbc blood test over from labcorp to Quest so I had re-buy the tests at the correct price. But the two original orders have not been refunded and Personal labs only has a voice recorder and doesn’t respond to my calls.

  Yes my review was written before the situation got resolved and I’ve been trying since that day to remove my comments but although I have written verified reviews multiple times, first asking them not to print it and twice asking them to remove my post but it seems to fall on deaf ears. I followed all the steps they give using google maps where I can find my old reviews but not this one. Kim did get me refunded and she was very professional and very nice correcting the mess the other employee created by trying to over charge me, at far as I’m concerned Kim and the company personal labs is awesome. I’ll try one more time to get my bad review off because once she called me my trust in personal labs returned and I was good. I’m so sorry my review got this far. Let me know if you know of away to remove or edit this negative review that I regret.

  Been using personal AB’s for 4 years+ . Monthly blood monitor test that I have to have is quick and fits into my schedule easily. The people in the labs are friendly and my test results come back in 24 hours or less. The cost for the test is right in line with other companies and the coupons they have is always a pleasant surprise.

  I can’t remember the name of the person that drew out blood that day but she was super nice, personable, and was a good sport with us as we made some lightheaded jokes to keep it light. Great experience!

  I found this site quite by accident. It was so easy to navigate and proceed with my order. The next day I took the order to the lab after it was approved and got my results in 24 hours. Now it's my choice to share with my physician or not. With the difficulty in finding general practitioners today, at least I can keep an eye on my health. I highly recommend Personalabs!!!

  Still waiting for my simple blood test results 5 days later. This is terrifically ridiculous! Labcorp posts results within 24 hours. They have the results they're just lazy? Or inefficient? Some people have lived that depend on these results being posted in the quoted 24-48 hour promise they make. I've sent emails, messages, doesn't matter. I'm given an auto reply they will review my case and get right back to me. Nothing. We are talking simple simple blood tests. Ill probably never use them again. Considering I've had four orders that total $2400, you would think they would know how to treat good customers. I'll just order through another middle man or through labcorp directly. This nonsense isn't worth the stress anymore!
