  My wife and I have used Personal Labs for years. It’s very economical and easy to use. We get our results fast and can easily print off to take to our doctor. If you have a high deductible insurance or no insurance I highly suggest using Personal Labs.

  Through PersonaLabs I can easily order my own blood and urine tests, get timely results, and have the results within a couple of days. Since I am rarely sick I feel it's important to have a personal history of the most commonly ordered lab tests. I have had to call support when I ordered from the wrong laboratory and the support person had no problems fixing the order the same day.

  Personal Labs is wonderful. I'm able to place orders and get them approved quickly. I like that they show the prices for LabCorp and Quest. My only issue is that they haven't responded after I emailed them twice regarding an issue so it remains unresolved. I would give them 5 stars otherwise.

  I am visiting from abroad and required my regular INR test to be conducted as I am on anticoagulant medication. I managed to find Personalabs online and the process was seamless.   This was only the 2nd time I have used Personalabs.com, but it was easy to identify the tests I wanted done, and to see what I should expect as far as fasting or other preparations for the day of testing. Scheduling was also easy and fast. I live where the licensing bodies like to make it really difficult for people to look after their own health, so having access to diagnostic testing like this that I can go over with health care providers on my own schedule, really is important to me.

  Personal Labs offer a good selection of tests at a competitive price, and we have used exclusively for many years, however in the past year they have been discontinuing certain tests forcing us to use a competitor for those tests who with the same labs. The competitors pricing is just as good with the same service and conditions and often to maximize any discount we have to top up with tests that would have normally been in the Personal labs basket

  Prrsonal Labs did not notify Quest diagnostics of my payment for lab tests and as a result, after making an appointment for these tests and driving 40 miles tonthe testing dite, I was turned away and refused service! This is totally unacceptable.
