Review collected by a third partyExtremely misleading marketing, and all around a big scam that has made a business out of people’s lack of knowledge of the passport process. I purchased an expedited passport renewal for around $300, which I believed was me ordering my passport. Then I receive a package in the mail containing all the documents I gave them, and telling me to make an appointment at the post office to apply for my passport. I essentially paid $300 for an online document to fill out. I would’ve had to fill out this information at the post office either way, and they did not make that clear. This is a completely useless business that exists purely to fool people into spending money with them. Please do not spend money with these people. I hope one day legislation is passed that will limit these kinds of “leech†like businesses. When I brought all this up to a customer service rep with them, she didn’t even deny it.
