Verified reviewKudos to Digital Mazo for its reviews on the Better Business Bureau's site. They tipped the scale for me. I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021. The program loaded easily and works well. Purchasers do have to be patient. Uninstalling Office 2010 requires looking for help in the program box of Windows and then downloading an uninstaller from Microsoft. Uninstalling took well over an hour, so be prepared to do something offline. Installing the new program was easy but did take another extra step. For some reason, Microsoft claimed there were remnants of the old 32-bit program on my computer (even though I used their uninstaller) and said I should go with the 32-bit version instead of the 64-bit. I did and all seems ok.
