Verified reviewThis review is based on shipping and customer service, not the product. Sound of TRI-State does not ship to Hawaii or even offer an option for the consumer to pay for shipping to Hawaii. Hawaii is a part of the United States and most companies offer shipping options. With that said, when I reached out to see if we could find a work around my experience was less than satisfying...take it or leave it kind of attitude. It also took days to actually connect. So I ended up having the item shipped to family in Oregon, then taken to a UPS facility where I paid $160 to ship a $149 item...ridiculous? Of course it is. I made the choice and I own it...don’t regret it for my daughter’s only Christmas request. However, I have to speak up to companies that don’t ship to Hawaii. We live on an island...everything has to be shipped here. Please don’t make it impossible to shop from you. Thanks for hearing me.
