Initially I had some various minor problems and after talking with Sound of Tri-State, they had me bring back my vehicle, worked with me on what needed fixing, and took care of all the problems to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the end result, and highly recommend them.

Verified reviewWent there to get a remote starter put on my vehicle, while there no problems, got home and the remote starter wouldnt shut the vehicle off, constant beeping signal that reflected a key was left in the vehicle. Took the vehicle back and they replaced the remote starter unit, to date I am still have the same issue, still getting the beeping from the vehicle that a key is still in the vehicle. I have to wait 5-10 minutes for the car to shut down before engaging the car alarm.
