I went here and was immediately impressed with Giovanni who was the store employee who greeted me and helped me. It was a very smooth process and the unit was installed about a week later. I did have trouble with the unit and went in to get that taken care of. No issues at all with the warranty coverage and they installed a new unit. I am very impressed with this business.

Verified reviewI came to Sound of Tri-State with a problem: the black interior of my car made the interior so hot that it was uncomfortable on long drives. The air conditioning just didn't keep up. Due to vision issues I didn't think tinting was a good idea. The solution suggested by Marlo wasn't tinting, it was application of a film that simply reflected outside heat. I can't express enough my complete satisfaction with the applied material. I even went back to have my sunroof done. Because I received such courteous, professional service I returned to Sound of Tri-State for replacement of my nonfunctioning speakers. Again, great options, great service. I highly recommend visiting or calling the company when your particular need arises.

Verified reviewThe prices were good and the shipping was fast and free.. My speaker ripped when I tuned it and I had to send it back for warranty. It was hard getting hold of the online lady. But my warranty speaker came back Fast. The warranty speaker looks used but that's not their fault it's the manufacturers fault.
