Verified reviewI met Mike at Ocean City bike week and discussed the Soundstream Reserve. He did not have one with him and said to give him a call. A few days went by and I finally got around to calling. I had priced the unit with other vendors and Sound of Tri-State beat them out. I ordered the unit on Wednesday and received it the very next day.

Verified reviewI ordered, they delivered, that part was fine. On their site you can let them know if you find an item cheaper somewhere else. I did, and I let them know thinking they’d give me the opportunity to purchase at a better price but I got nothing. Why even have that option to let Tri-State know if they don’t seem to care anyway? Turned out to be a waste of my time to fill out the form and get no response at all.
