Verified reviewI recently had the Pioneer NEX CarPlay head-unit installed in my car by Sound of TriState, and I am beyond pleased with both the service and the installation experience. The front desk person took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences for the head unit, answering all of my questions and providing helpful advice. They made sure I was informed about the different models and options available, ultimately guiding me to the Pioneer NEX CarPlay head unit, which has been an excellent choice. The team was responsive via phone and email, and they worked with my schedule to set up a convenient time for installation. The technicians at Sound of TriState took their time to ensure that everything was wired properly and that the head unit was securely mounted in my car. During installation there was a small issue with connecting my side mirror camera so we need to upgrade the NEX head unit to higher model but they were generous to give a discount The wiring was cleanly done, with no exposed cables or clutter. Everything was routed neatly, and the unit was installed seamlessly, maintaining the aesthetic of my car’s interior. They also made sure the head unit completely adjusted audio settings and ensuring that CarPlay integration worked perfectly. Once the installation was complete, the technicians walked me through the new features of the Pioneer NEX head unit, showing me how to use Apple CarPlay, set up Bluetooth, and adjust the audio settings. They also offered support in case I had any issues after the installation. After few days my car play maps started behaving odd and showing the car is 400 meters away from where I am actually located. it was nightmare driving on highway with inaccurate directions... contact the after support and they were quickly identify the root cause and fixed an appointment to correct it. after fixing the maps works like champ. I couldn't be happier with the installation service provided by Sound of TriState but also the after-sales support was impeccable. The Pioneer NEX head unit looks and functions perfectly. If you're looking for a professional, reliable, and knowledgeable team to install your car's electronics, I highly recommend Sound of TriState. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely turn to them for any future car audio or electronics upgrades. Verified reviewIf you call first tell them what you plan on having done they will ask a few questions, tell you if they can do whatever it is you want done ( that way save you a trip ) but hey there is not to much these guys cannot do ! And they are very friendly and they can go VERY VERY HIGH TEC.if that is what you are looking for or just normal they will not try and have you spending more than you need or more than you want. So do your self a favor and if need a up grade or just want to get a safety cam or anything check them out
