Verified reviewSo I purchased an item and there was a form asking if it was listed cheaper elsewhere. It indeed was cheaper on the MANUFACTURER'S website. However they rejected it (*gasp*) because there excuse? IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. LOL! You guys are so silly. Please other potential customers, don't be fooled by these guys. I would recommend you look elsewhere for your audio needs. These guys provide no customer service at all and are only out to make you spend x2 in this economy? Get real.

You are absolutely right about "this economy" we have to pay enormous shipping fees, labor and packaging now (of which you are not paying shipping fees on our website) on small plugs like that PLUS the manufacturer charges us the SAME amount for that plug as they charge to you - they do not give us discounts on plugs. We have to cover storage, packaging and labor expenses. It's not free for us to process your order. To stay in business, yes, we cannot match the manufacturers price on their out of stock item in which they too charge you shipping fees (so what you see on their site is not actually what you pay, you would still have shipping fees to pay). You didn't buy it from them, why? because they didn't have it, they probably don't have it because its not cost effective for them to pay $15 to ship a $49.99 item. You paid $69.99 on it through us. While we appreciate you supporting small businesses the negative feedback makes it not even worth it for us to offer anything like this any longer. Good luck finding small items like this, the manufacturers know there's nothing in it for them.
