Verified reviewI went to try state to have an auto starter and put in my vehicle. Because I've had Tri stage. Thank you so much in the past.Do this for me, just a different location. After I get there, I discuss with the gentleman at the front desk, which would be the best advice one. He didn't tell me what ton of device. I would be getting, and he hoped sort of kind of pick and chose that one four me after I told him I wanted a two way device.. So after the device was installed, i go back to my hotel. It worked for approximately maybe 5 or 6 hours. Then, I had to drive back home. I lived a device not working. Then, I called to try to set up a date on a day that I was off. But that didn't work for them. Then, I had to drive 2 hours back down there after taking a vacation day to deal with this. Send a gentleman at the front desk. I really didn't show a lot of concern that I had to spend another two hours on the road, getting down there and 2 hours back with one no compensation, 2 really no explanation of what went wrong. If I hadn't asked him i don't think he would have told me what was wrong. Didn't tell me if it happens again. This is what you need to do. Nothing of that nature. No warranty about the device. No description about the device after the purchase of it. I don't know. Would I go back down there again? If I get another vehicle, it's probably not. I went to that particular company because of the good experience I had in the past at a different location.That's all I have to say on the subject.

Verified reviewI had my car alarm system installed at your Folsom Pennsylvania location a couple of years ago and had a question regarding the automatic locking of the vehicle. Once I exited it had never happen unless I manually would push the remote since I had the alarm system installed, I contacted your Wilmington Delaware location since the one I had my alarm system installed and closed and they were extremely helpful. I was informed that this feature is not typically turned on since if it is and you leave your keys in the car after 30 seconds the car will lock and you cannot get your keys out without another spare key. I had no problem with this since it was more of a concern for me forgetting to lock the doors when I exited the vehicle many times overnight, which I felt defeated the whole purpose of the alarm system. I took my vehicle down to the Wilmington, Delaware location, and the person I dealt with was extremely friendly unhelpful. He took care of my concerns at a technician, change that one setting in a matter of minutes and everything has been great ever since I would strongly recommend these people for any future sound or alarm system work I might need it’s never near as convenient as therefore, our location for where I live, but it was well worth the trip.

Verified reviewThe 5 star is for the the very quick shipping & processing. I had my speakers within 2 days. I haven't hooked them up yet. Ut I can tell you that they were the cheapest here by $50. I will update my review when I get everything hooked up but speakers came packaged great & protected.
