I understand that some workers are not as caring as others, I don’t blame pro civic at all. I’m very happy with my order. A little damaged but I’m not a huge complainer :)

Verified reviewI ordered a hood deflector for my 2024 civic, the only one y’all had available was one for a 2023 civic, I spoke with my Honda dealer and they said the body style never changed so I should be good, so I ordered it from y’all, when it arrived, it did not fit at all, the front lip was to rounded, I did not mount it to my car, I just put it up to my hood to check alignment, that’s when I saw how off it was. I put in for a return and you’re salesperson seemed helpful, but when I received the email back saying it was my fault and you are not refunding my money, that’s highly upsetting to me, I will never purchase anything from your company, nor will I recommend you to anyone looking to purchase accessories for their civics, if I could take away this one star I would, it’s very hard to rate a company that acts the way y’all treated me with my order #670006.

Hello Charles, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I looked over your order and emails and wanted to clarify on a few things. On our site, we list the requirements to accept a return. As is mentioned, products being returned must be in a brand new condition and cannot be installed, used, or modified in any way. Unfortunately, do to you attempting to install the product, we would not be able to accept a return for the product. Since returned products must be returned to the manufacturer, all parts must be in new condition. This prevents used or damaged products from accidentally being added back to inventory. Though I understand that this may be frustrating, this process helps ensure that all products being ordered are brand new. Best Regards, Customer Care

Like I said in the earlier emails, I just placed it on my car just to see if it would fit, I never pulled the tape off to place it on the car. So, I never actually mounted it to my car, so, what you would get in return is the same item you sent me.

I’ve gotten parts the next day after I’ve ordered them and their customer support team has been very helpful. I’ve even used some of procivic’s YouTube videos for help with installs. Then recommending another manufacture to get my order together was awesome. Most companies would have just said back ordered and never thought twice.
