Verified reviewGave 2 stars only because it arrived fairly quick. But it just wasn't the correct part i needed i literally sent back everything exactly how it was delivered...Although website says full refund, some how i still am paying for a part that i gave back brand new in the box ..

Damian, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I reviewed your order and emails and want to clarify on a few things. As is notated on the site, the parts being ordered are specific to all civic from 06-11. This has been confirmed by various customers currently using them. These have been sold for nearly as long as the car has been out without issues. Per your email, you simply notated that you were told they were not correct and requested a return. As such, we followed the standard overall returns process as is notated on our site. Since no other elaboration on the reason why it did not fit, it was treated as a standard return. We also provided the option to select a store credit option to exchange for the parts you wanted without any return or restocking fees. We work hard to ensure our parts are listed correctly and have had these available for a long time without issues. Verified reviewGreat for selection, ease of purchase, and fast shipping!!!! Ordered lowering springs twice and both times had them within 4 days. The negative though is once I place an order I get a lot of spam emails and fake order confirmations so that I feel is a site with bad customer information safety.
