Luisenrique, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I did want to clear up some info regarding this. To note, the order was placed on 2/26 later in the day. As such, not all the parts were able to ship the same day as not all products are in the same warehouse. The shocks were shipped from a warehouse closer to you and was able to arrive quickly. The springs were in a farther warehouse and shipped the following day. Since you selected Expedited, this is 3 business day delivery time. This does not include the weekends. Based on the tracking information, the item was delivered within the expected delivery time frame. Though we wish we could keep items in warehouses as close to the customer as possible, it may not always be the case. Greg, I am sorry to hear about your experience. We wanted to clarify on a few things here. The order was placed over the weekend, when we're closed. As such, updates to stocks and ordering processing could not be updated at the time. Once we opened for the day the following Monday, we confirmed the stock and attempted to contact you. Once we were in touch, we notified you of the current stock status and checked to see if you wanted to wait to see if it came back into stock or offered an alternative part. This part is also featured on our site and readily viewable. The part is the same as the one ordered, but has an additional coating, not just colored differently. Due to the coating process, it is more expensive. Though we did offer it with an additional discount to help offset the cost. However, you decided to cancel the order and we ensured this was done the same day. Though we understand that out of stock items can be frustrating, we always provide options on what can be done. Again, this alternative product was not simply a different color and we did also offer to wait on the current part or even cancel.
