Please note that the part arrives in bare, untreated plastic. Though some people are ok installing it this way, it is highly recommended to properly prepare and paint it if possible. Verified reviewI've had two questionable experiences with ProCivic (Pro Car Studio) and I might not shop with them again. The first experience was a year or two ago when I purchased some aftermarket headlight assemblies. There was a significant gap between the lights and the fender after they were installed. When I contacted customer service, I was told they have never seen that issue before and suspected I didn't install them correctly. I provided plenty of pictures to document the issue. In the end, they did issue an RMA and a refund minus the cost of return shipping. My most recent experience involved a purchase of new engine mounts. The kit did not come with any installation guidance or a list of parts that were supposed to be included. The kit relies on re-using some of the OEM hardware along with some new hardware provided by the kit. I realize the mounts are intended to be a direct replacement for the factory mounts, but there are a few differences which I think warrant the inclusion of instructions, or diagrams at the very least and most definitely should have included a list of parts / hardware. The kit was missing several hardware components including a 14mm nut, and a few spacers that are required to take up some leftover space, as the new transmission sub-bracket and passenger side sub-bracket are thinner than the OEM brackets (OEM is aluminum, new mounts are steel, so they don't need to be as thick, this requires spacers, only one spacer of the two required were included) When I contacted customer service this time around, I feel that I was treated like I was incompetent, the person who responded to my inquiry did not bestow a helpful attitude and seemed condescending. I have to admit, my initial contact I requested a replacement kit and asked for the billet aluminum variety in exchange for the inconvenience of missing hardware and instructions. If it were my company, I would have sent the upgraded kit and paid for the return shipping! Instead, the attitude of the customer service rep did not seem very customer oriented at first. I ultimately purchased the missing hardware at my local hardware store because I could tell it was going to be a hassle to get the missing hardware, and I just wanted to get things re-assembled.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I do wish to clarify that I would not be able to go over the details regarding the lights as records are generally purged after 1 year in our system. Though I am sorry to hear that you did have an issue with the lights. As for the mounts, I do wish to clarify that we do not build, manufacturer, or design these mounts. These are manufactured by Innovative and are prepackaged at the facilities. We have little to no control over what is included, such as the instructions. However, if parts are missing from the kit, we can certainly help in getting replacements from the manufacturers. Though it is rare, if something is missing this would be fully covered. Reviewing the emails from here, I do see that a rep did reply and offered to help get the missing components. Images were requested as the manufacturer will require them as proof. However, we never received a reply with the requested info. I understand that this may be frustrating, but we are only requesting info that helps quickly resolve the issue. Also, I did not realize the request for review was intended to be publicly posted, I thought it was an internal company thing for management to get a pulse reading on sales and customer fulfilment performance. It is not my intention to publicly shame Pro Car Studio, so I understand if my review is not made public as it does come off negatively. I have purchased other items, of which I was very satisfied. I wish to respond directly to a couple of things you said in your reply: " I do wish to clarify that we do not build, manufacturer, or design these mounts. While you do not manufacture, or have direct control, nothing is stopping you (The Company) from inspecting the products you receive from your vendors, and perhaps including your own write-ups and parts lists based on the intended model. This would go a long way in preventing unhappy customers, returns, etc. I predict a swift return on investment if something like this were to be included with products that you re-sell. "However, we never received a reply with the requested info." The reason for that, I needed to finish the job I started, could not afford to wait until Monday to get my parts, so I went to the hardware store.
