Lucas, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I do wish to clarify on a few things here. To note, we did not send the parts from another vendor, they were shipped directly from the manufacturer. We are a direct dealer with the manufacturer and as such can ship directly from them. Because we are a dealer, we also do have to follow their guidelines to maintain a partnership. As was mentioned in your contact email, replacement parts must be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Per what the manufacturer requests as well, any issues with replacement pieces, warranties, or damages must be directed directly to them. As such, if your item arrived damaged, the manufacturer requests that you contact them directly and receive the replacement part directly from their facilities. Regarding the part, it was not damaged to the point where it could not be used. Do to this, a $20 discount was offered as an additional discount if you wish to keep the part as is. Your option to try to get a replacement is still on available as well and can be done at any time through the manufacturer. We simply offered an additional discount on top of the already applied discount as further compensation. We do understand it can be frustrating, but we have been doing what we can to help and provide the necessary info required to get the replacement piece.
