  i have receipts of emails sent and i have called several times. I sent pictures and email to brandon, and was given his info by Nick Parmeshcwar (who was very nice) . Since talking with him I have called twice and Brandon never answered mg email.

  I initially had a bad experience.because the part hadn't arrived in a timely manner. After contacting them they had it to me in a couple days. I was impressed how quickly they fixed the issue and would work with them again.

  Very bad services. It took couple weeks to get your order. They are kind of cheating. They sent me the wrong one then i requested for return label. They promised sending me the correct ones. But when they got the return ones from me, they not send me the ones, no refund as well. Unbelievable the way they run business

  I ordered these four drivers to make working on small engines easier for me . WHIA tools are very precise and durable. Always top notch and fairly priced . Given the choice and the resources I will chose Whia over even snap-on if they have the tool I need .

  Site navigation was a snap. Customer service was spotty, first off, holding a tool until the vendor verifies that it's the right tool is just demoralizing. If I have enough brain power to look up such a specific tool, I don't need extra help. The result was 6+ weeks waiting on a tool I needed 5 weeks prior. I'll use Penn again, but nest time I'll be calling in an order and requesting updates, 6 weeks is ridiculous.

  The products I ordered shipped pretty quickly and was in absolutely perfect condition. No complaints at all, I will happily order from this company again. I called customer service once to ask a question and the people on the phone were so nice to me and even exchanged some light-hearted jokes to make me smile and wished me well on my research which was very thoughtful!   Unfortunately, the item I ordered online was back-ordered, and I couldn't afford to wait for it. I spoke with John at Penn Tool, and he cancelled the order for me and set everything straight. Penn Tool has been around for over 50 years, and was highly recommend to me by a friend who's been doing business with them for years, so even though my first order with them was disappointing, I plan to keep them on my "Preferred Vendors" list and will be ordering from them in the future.

  While Penn Tool had the best price, it took nearly 3 weeks to get this item delivered. I called them several times to get a status update, and while they did respond, it was too much effort on my part to get this order processed. In addition, they don’t give you the tracking information on the shipment unless you ask for it. I think Penn Tool has some room for improvement here.

  The chest is a very nicely finished box. I use it to store my watch making tools and as a work surface; when seated at my desk the top tray of the box is of the perfect height for me to work on small watches under a loop. Very nice.Ger

  Ordered online , don’t use Apple Pay it confuses there system snd skips shipping . Once that cleared up plan on waiting 6 weeks for your order after contacting them multiple times !!   Poor communication, no shipping notification, long shipping time. I didn't expect same-day or even next-day shipping, but a week is pretty ridiculous. Even after inquiring about my order, I was never given a shipping notification. Is this a small business or just a front for some logistic headquarters/ warehouse? Won't purchase from again, and won't recommend to anyone else.

  I ordered the Gerstner International 11 Drawer Oak Top chest for my husband's birthday. He has been wanting one for so long to display his pocket watch collection in. It's a beautiful and very well made. A lot of attention to detail. It was so well packed that nothing could have harmed it on it's journey. We did have one problem with it and that was the lock on the case not locking. One phone call and the replacement was delivered in less than a week. Wonderful company to deal with.   My experience is very bad. I spent $153 and never received anything. When I talk to a chat person they said I never ordered anything and I have screenshots of the amount of money that came out of my account, and the confirmation of my order. So I want my money back or I want my quench oil. I will be calling your 800 number!

  I am very please with the way Penn Tool processed my order. Understandably due to the messed up mail service and Covid hampering things the order took a little bit of time. But I'm not complaining. They were quick to answer my questions and they shipped my purchase as soon as it was possible. The parts I ordered were in perfect condition. I highly recommend Penn Tool.

  The product is excellent, however it took quite a while to arrive. This may be symptomatic of what we are experiencing in the supply chain for all "heavy" machinery in that there are extraordinary delays in receipt of these items - if they are available at all. The long delivery time is the reason for 4 stars - otherwise it would be five.

  I had no problem finding what I wanted on the site, delivery was held up due to PayPal not providing my full address (not Penn Tool's fault and they took the time to call me and verify my correct address before shipping, two thumbs up on that !
