  shipping takes 2 weeks and delivered the wrong item and when order the product it says free shipping after you order the part they call you and ask for the payment for shipping which cost $14 for less than a 1 lb item.

  communication on when the order was to be delivered was poor I left two phone messages never returned on the 3rd try got hold of the salesman he told me 6 to 8 weeks then said he would send me an email when it shipped it arrived the next day I am not unhappy with the service but the communication could use improvement still haven't heard from the salesman LOL!

  The item was mislabeled as HSS instead of HCS. I have not used yet but it seem to be as advertised otherwise. In hind site I should have known the prize was too good for HSS. They have yet to correct the mistake in the ad. The staff was accommodating and fair to deal with, and that deserves some extra points.

  This will be good feedback for you. I live in Connecticut; occasionally I order heavy products from misc. companies and they almost all arrive with their packages heavily damaged, sometimes with parts missing because they fell out. Is it UPS? maybe. My chuck arrived double boxed, thank you! More durable packaging or a second container is highly recommended. Product from PennTool was fine. Thanks!

  Somehow the first order's package was opened through shipping and by the time it was delivered there were no contents in the package except for Penn's packing slip.   I ordered in early Jan, and the pricing was wrong, so they had to re-do the charge, and now it's mid February and I still don't have the item. I have called to see what is going on and haven't had a response yet. Very disappointed in the extremely poor communication.

  Thank you for checking in on it, although someone did finally get back to me and it’s back orders for months. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew that was the case. No where did it say it was back ordered or not in stock. Since funding this out I have asked for a refund and haven’t heard back on that for awhile now. Continued poor communication on site and in customer service.

  I don’t have my order yet. They did call, left a message, to make sure I wanted to wait the 2-3 weeks for the product. I called back and couldn’t really believe how poorly I was treated.   This item took forever to ship. I wasn’t notified that it was going to be awhile before I got the item in the first place... no message/indication upon placing my order that the item was on back order or any other circumstance that would contribute to taking so long. I also received no notification when it was shipped, delivered, etc.- It would’ve been nice to know, and is actually pretty standard these days when ordering online from places. If you order from Penntoolco., then I would suggest ordering your items(s) well in advance.

  I ordered a tool that showed included inserts and I didn’t receive the inserts. When I called I was told it was an error in advertising. I ended up paying for inserts and shipping from Penn tool with zero discount because I couldn’t source the inserts locally.

  I would recommend tools from Penn Tool! great quality and prompt service. they communicated when I would see the product...and they held to that. too many companies with fill you with lies that their product is in stock and make you wait....but NOT Penn Tool!! thanks guys!

  My buddy owns a company making Tools for a niche industry. We've purchased many tools over the years from Penn Tool Co and they've always been just what they say they are. The packaging is always nice and sturdy (this came in a speciality wooden box), they work well with repeated use and repeated wear and tear. 10/10 would recommend.
