  Penn Tool is my new go to place for my lathe tooling. One item to note is that you'll receive an invoice after your purchase. Maybe even days later. This was strange since an invoice is asking for payment while a receipt is a record of payment. Just be ready to receive these invoices that they use as receipts with "pre-paid" showing.

  The roughing tools do what they are designed for. Time will tell if they hold a sharpness but after all its a cutting tool that its price has to go into the production of the part. Penn Tool has always been helpful with selection and technical assistance.

  For such an uncommon product (individual 5C collets by 64ths) the price cannot. be. beat. Shipping isn't Amzn speed, but I'm not in a hurry. Customer service was outstanding. I'll be a repeat customer. Thanks!

  I feel that the communication was not there. I had no idea when my products were going to be delivered. When I emailed and asked, I still was not given a direct answer. it would be nice to be given an expectation date, provide tracking, so that you know when to start looking for your products

  The initial online ordering was on par with any other online company. The products shipped within a reasonable time and the shipment was well packed. The issue I had is one of the two gages had a calibration issue and was defective. I requested an RMA through the online process. Waited until the next week and had to contact Penn Tool again. 2nd time was the charm and I received the RMA. The jury is still out as to how they will perform regarding the RMA and replacement.
