  Wide assortment of products. Relatively easy to navigate the site--not an easy matter when there are so many products from so many suppliers. Good customer service--I was notified by phone of a temporary out-of stock condition, given an anticipated back-in-inventory date, and offered the option to cancel or wait. Quick shipping. What more can I ask for?

  Good price on the tool I purchased from Penn Tool, I did not receive an email confirming shipment after a couple weeks so i emailed Penn Toll to see what action, if any had been taken. I never received a response but the tool showed up within another week or so and is of good quality.

  Product arrived in perfect condition, it was exactly as described. It shipped within a reasonable period of time. If forced to nitpick, I would say that the status of the order on the website was confusing-- it stayed in "Awaiting Payment" for days after I'd paid. But that's really trivial, not worth taking off a star for-- and furthermore, when I asked them about it in email, they responded very promptly and explained what it meant.

  When the Wilton Vise I ordered was discontinued by the factory, Penntool contacted me and arranged for the current Swivel base model to be a direct replacement at no additional charge even though the replacement model was more expensive. Now that’s Great Customer Service!!!!!

  they were out of someothing i ordered and the website didn't say out of stock. as a result my order would not have shiped until all parts were in stock. this would have been fine but i only discovered when i emailed about the status of my order after a week of no movement. they sent me an alternative to what i'd ordered right away. overall a good experience and GREAT customer service. just wish the website had informed the item was out of stock.

  I ordered a tool set online but shortly afterword received a phone call from Penn Tool. It seems they were out of stock for that set in a particular color case but could ship the same set in a different color case. I approved and within days received it. And their price was the best around!

  The only complaint I have is it takes at least a week for payment to be processed before the item gets shipped out. I occasionally need tooling , etc. a lot quicker than that.

  Penn Tool was the only place that had the items I wanted. I’m happy they did. Ordering was easy. My only disappointment was the $20 shipping fee for a 3 week delivery of 2 plastic items (1.7 lbs).

  Tools came exactly as Inordered them. I have had these tools in the past but When I ordered them from Penn Tool they were either the same price with a few extras thrown in. Like the stand for the indical. Or they were cheaper. The only con was I have gotten used to Amazons quick shipping that is not so with Penn Tool. But it was worth the wait I even ordered more from them. Still waiting on my interapid indicator. But it was about 60 dollars cheaper through these guys!

  Penn Tool has been around a long time. They have survived the fallout of US manufacturing. They are a good solid company, they tend to their customers, and are reasonably efficient. I wish them the best of luck to continue to serve what's left of us.

  Product was as expected. I would have wished to receive the order in a more timely manner. Meeting the estimated date of delivery from the website order page is all that was expected. I needed to call and prompt them to get it shipped out after the promise date had passed. The COVID excuse wears thin after 6 months. The rest of us are meeting our customers expectations as we should be.

  Bad experience. Items were on back order but during the order process their was no indication of such. After waiting 6 weeks for delivery I contacted customer support and was informed that 2 of my 3 items shipped out and that one of them was no longer available and that I would receive a refund. Waiting or over a month for my refund. Do not recommend this vendor.

I tried to remove a 3/8 nut and the air ratchet would not work so I turned it a quarter of a turn with a manual wrench and put the air ratchet back on and it still won’t turn the nut. Therefore I would think you would agree that the air ratchet is useless. Within 24 hours I received two emails thanking me for the order. This is my third review and your response is slow.
