Verified reviewMy paint and primer was delivered and the box was not damaged. When I opened the box the paint can was damaged and leaking around the top.

We put clips on the lids just to try to prevent this but UPS can be rough. Reach out to us and we can get you replacement at no cost. Hopefully you will reconsider this review. We are always happy to help out. A good review really helps us and our families out. Sorry for the issue in general.

Verified reviewThe internet site is great; easy to navigate with nicely presented exploded images of key parts. The delivery time of ordered parts has always been quick, they must really have a large inventory to be able to deliver the way they do. Once in a while an item has been backed ordered but I have to tell you they go above and beyond to let you know that it is. Customer service is hit and miss sometimes you get somebody that knows what is going on and other times you don't.

I really appreciate the quality of items and speed of shipping. Your articles and technical info sharing is top notch. I just think a sticker thrown in a box after $150 order or whatever set price makes sense. Like free shipping after $100. But I have to say, thank you guys for all you do for the Willys community. P.S. I tried to change from three stars to four but am unable to. Computer tech is not my forte.
