Verified reviewKaiser WIllys has great customer service and prompt shipping! I've placed well over 10 orders with KW, and I've always been taken care of. Any questions, they always answer the phone and have an answer. There have been a couple shipping snafus either at my fault, or the carrier's fault, and KW always makes it right, regardless. Can not recommend this outfit any higher!

Verified reviewI am a huge fan of the concept. Unfortunately, KW has fallen short on about 50% of my orders. I'll continue to shop and purchase, but VERY warily. I was contacted on this order to say the item was backordered, but no date of when it might be back in stock. Not to fear! I have faith in the brand and the future!!

I see all the other orders you placed with us were filled with no issue in 2021, 2022, and 2023. This order we were temporarily delayed on and notified you same day of it being on backorder. Jason here emailed you on. Sometimes they go to spam and then are deleted. We promptly refunded you. Hopefully you would consider changing your review. I see you ordered a IAT4008 kit for your distributor. You have to match apples to apples on the kits to make sure your ordereing the correct one online. Sometimes we have found you have to re-use your old bracket. Our spark plug cable sets are the correct length. Most people are missing the proper bracket at the back of the head.
