Verified reviewA couple items were backordered and this caused the entire order to sit for over a week waiting fulfillment. When I go to order an item I’d really like the website to indicate if it’s in stock or not and not be notified after my credit card transaction. It’s the respectful thing to do… And when there are backordered items, then sending out the order that can be fulfilled at that time should be a common courtesy. Prices are a bit higher than other vendors but I do appreciate the $99 free shipping offered

Spontaneous reviewA few years back I bought a 1959 Willys pickup truck. My love of Willys comes from my dad. I wanted pass on those kind of memories to my 12 grandchildren. Mike and the good people at Kaiser, through their diligence and dedication to what I consider "art", have allowed me to procure everything I need in such an easy manner that it made the repairs as much fun as the ride. Great communication and a real love for their work. Thanks guys, your the best!

You have always been helpful with an impressive catalog and inventory. I am doing a frame off restoration learning as I go. My three boys and I have turned the corner and are now reassembling. 2 steps forward 1 backword. Thats how it go's. Thanks for all your help and patients.

Verified reviewOne of the things that bothered me the most about the catalog is " Made in USA", for some of the parts advertised are not made in the USA, like the springs I had purchased from Kaiser-Willys for my CJ-5, they proudly said on them " Made in India ", as well as the complete exhaust system, stickered with "Taiwan" on the pieces. I know Jeeps were made in the USA, and most people want to keep their money stateside, but what I received was a sub-par replacement from a foreign country, that needs to be modified to make it fit. I know, I had to bend and fit my cheap, but rather expensive knock-off complete exhaust system that came from Kaiser-Willys. I was rather disappointed to see just how badly the overpriced exhaust system fit, and the lengthy amount of time it took me to custom fit something I expected to fit WITHOUT modifications by me. One other thing was I had ordered a Master cylinder with proportioning valve for my Jeep. I was told that it would take a couple of weeks. As it turned out, taking what seemed forever, I finally received it after I had called looking for answers, and miraculously, I received a few days later. I think someone forgot to order it for me, and no answers from parts as to why it was taking so long. I was told that it would take two weeks to get it, well, I think it was two months or more before I received it, and no explanation as to why it took so long. Good thing I was doing a restoration and not waiting for parts for my daily driver. I feel that some of the prices are high, and I also think it's because there aren't many other options for places to buy parts to fit these antique Jeeps. I expect to pay fair prices, and expect delivery in a reasonable amount of time, some of which I can't say about Kaiser-Willys, I know my Jeep is old, but I am trying to restore it to its original wonderful self, it's just I'm going broke with some of steep prices for necessary parts. Please don't think I'm not going to order more parts, but please be honest about where they originate from, and their quality. The exhaust system was the worst item I bought from Kaiser-Willys, so far.... I am using my hard-earned money to buy their parts, so my wish is to be given honest, quality parts at a reasonable price.

I should have called you earlier, months ago, when I first started having issues with my ordered parts. As I had mentioned, I spent many hours installing the exhaust, but it is on there now. Verified reviewWhole I am happy that there is a dedicated jeep parts supplier, customer service needs addressing. As I was preparing to order an engine rebuild kit I needed to specify some crankshaft measurements. When I called to ask what the normal or starting size was I was told that I could probably find that information on google. I pushed back and was told that he would have to look it up. Let's be clear, if you are selling something, don't ask a potential customer to Google something you have in a book in front of you. It certainly gave me pause about the reliability of the company and the parts I was ordering.

Mike from Kaiser answered my review within 30 minutes. He wanted to know of any particulars and assured me that my comments would be passed to their sales/customer service immediately. They take the feedback serious and take steps to make it right. I consider my faith in them restored and would change my rating to a 5 just based on follow up.
