Verified reviewI ordered one small item and, a little later the same day, I ordered a second small item because I forgot to include it in the first order. In the comments area of the second order I asked that the second item be shipped together with the first item. It wasn't and I paid for shipping on each item. If you'd have noticed my request you'd have gotten five stars.

Verified reviewKaiser Willys website is wonderful to navigate. It’s easy to see and choose the right parts for your jeep. Notifications are consistent and very much appreciated for order confirmation, shipping, and back orders. However, the people at KW are the best asset. Phone calls and emails are answered quickly and problems resolved with professionalism. You can tell that they care for their customers. I had an issue where I did not receive one of my orders. Mike and company immediately replaced the order quickly with no questions asked. I will continue to use KW for my jeep parts needs. Thank you!

Verified reviewThe item I ordered and received didn't match the information that was included on the KW website so I wasn't able to use it. I explained the issue to the customer support staff at KW and they promptly issued a credit. I've been a KW customer for years and have always found there customer support personnel knowledgeable and very quick to respond.

Verified reviewThey forgot to ship part of my order. This is the third time that has happened. One phone call always takes care of it. There is always room for improvement, accuracy counts. I would hate to be in a foreign country and have my order wrong. I would also like to see better descriptions on the website, for some reason it is terribly slow loading and it is not possible to enlarge pictures. Also some sort of install instructions and tips for some of the parts doesn’t seem like too much to ask for. I know that this is a developing business, I fully expect lots of growing pains. All this being said, I never hesitate to place my order and I appreciate everything that they do for the Jeep community. The quality of the products is generally very good. Good people doing good things!

Hey Doug, thank you so much for the feedback. These are all great points. We are constantly working with our packing department to improve efficiency when it comes to packing. We absolutely always fix an issue, but we would like there to not be an issue to begin with so you're correct there. I have not heard of an issue with our loading of images but will take a look into that so that's for bringing that to my attention. And finally, we offer a ton of install guides, videos and tips on most parts. If there is ever a part that is missing this that you think needs to have, please let me know and we'll work to get that updated. Again, thank you so much for the feedback. Don’t know what is up with the website. Could be my ipad but I have tried 3 different browsers. Can’t seem to get the larger images. Nothing happens. I bought the factory step kit. The parts look great, but it would be better if they came unpainted. The painting looks awful, I will have to strip them and repaint. Been in the restoration business for 40 years. My real interest in giving feedback is to help you guys build your business. I’m not really complaining. Thanks, Doug
