Verified reviewnot happy, I ordered a complete t90 rebuild kit only received half of it with no packing slip. Instead of telling me it was back ordered and giving me the opportunity to order it else where, now I have to wait on the other half of it to come in

Verified reviewI am not one to give a bad review if the company attempts to correct the issue but in this case, there was very little communication unless I initiated it and even then, I was given false information. The items I needed showed to be in-stock at the time of ordering on July 5. They offer free shipping if your purchase reaches a certain $ amount so I selected a couple of additional items that I didn't really need but would serve as spare parts some day to qualify for the free shipping. I received an email July 9 stating the "additional" parts had shipped but the main parts that I needed now show to be out of stock. I inquired and they said it generally takes 3 days to get the parts in. I called back the next week July 15 because I hadn't received a tracking order for the outstanding parts and was told the parts arrived at their warehouse on July 12 and someone is working on it. I contacted them again at the end of the week and inquired about the order and was told someone was working on it. I finally included Mike in the email thread and within 24 hrs I was told they were boxed and ready to ship 2nd day air. That was July 18th and today is July 24 and still no parts!! This is the 2nd time I've ordered from them and the parts showed to be in-stock but were not. If these parts ever get here and are not damaged, I will take my business elsewhere.

You got free shipping on your order. We emailed you same day that there was a backorder on just one of the items you ordered. We shipping the backordered distributor rebuild kit out to you at no cost as soon as we got them in. You called us on Thursday about it and we had just gotten the parts back in looks like we shipped out 2nd day air so your getting it today Monday. They expressed it at no cost. We are always happy to help people out - given the nature of the vehicles and parts sometimes things will be delayed.
