Hey Chuck, I'm really sorry for the delay getting the crossmember out to you. Your order was placed right at the time hurricane Helene came through the south which is where the manufacturer based. Verified reviewvery knowledgeable, fast shipping, great people.. however, if it is an item not stocked you will be charged at the time the order is processed and you will not receive any info about it until you receive it, from a different vender. If only part of the order was outsourced, your box will be incomplete with out any guidance as to why.
