Spontaneous reviewI'm one of those people who started noticing Jeeps when I was 2. I really like these emails and the different Jeeps that show up, I often think of something I "need" and the emails keep me thinking Jeep even while my '69 CJ5 is tucked away for winter...... I mention your store to other more recent vintage Jeep owners who wonder about parts availability....... there is very little you folks don't have or have access to.

Verified reviewI have been waiting on a part since mid Nov 2024. Other parts ordered I was told twice that they were shipped and they were not. Still waiting on the third time being told they were shipped.

Nice talking to you on the phone. The order is from December 23rd when you placed it. Sorry on any confusion.We had a note to hold for the trigger repair kit like we originally had talked about and looks like you talked about shipping the order ahead without it with one of the other guys. The guys in shipping went off the note on ticket. Again, just a misunderstanding. It would have shipped out right away but Fedex has delayed dozens of packages on us in GA since Christmas. Good news is it came in and is shipping to you today. Hopefully you will reconsider your review. A good review goes along way with us and really helps us out. Please let me know on.

Verified reviewI have a 1946 CJ2A. Kaiser Willys has had every part I have needed. Call them. An actual person answers the phone and is more than happy to assist in finding the part you need. Do you have a question about a part? Call. I have never had an issue with an order. Every part has been exactly as described. They have fast shipping and can ship faster if you call and explain your needs. Yeah, there are cheaper places out there, but Kaiser Willys has the right parts and we all want our old Willys to have parts that will fit and keep them running!

Verified reviewI ordered a pair of seats for my CJ during the Christmas Holiday. I was not in any hurry to receive the order. I was shocked to get not only order documentation, but received the actual delivery the following week! Given the circumstances of the holidays with shipping and all, I was very surprised. The seats were priced exceptionally reasonably and packed very well for shipping. I highly recommend these guys and will be ordering again in the near future!

Verified reviewGreat parts supply, they have so many parts to fix up older jeeps. Only regret is I didn’t see and use a discount code I had in my email. And that should have saved some money on a $500 order. I understand I didn’t put the code in, but shouldn’t it be automatic for returning customers? Especially if they have ordered $1000’s of dollars in the past? Anyway, I’m still going to use them. Their parts are very good quality and NOS
