Verified reviewOn a recent order I purchased 2 items. Soon after, KW notified me that one part was being shipped, while the second part was temporarily out of stock. At the same time they offerred to cancel the out-of-stock item and issue a refund or to fill the order at a date TBD (when the stock was resuppplied). I opted to cancel and KW issued the refund immediately. No fuss, no muss.

Verified reviewKaiser Willys is a great place to find all the parts and expertise needed for your Willy's jeep, truck, Jeepster, Station Wagon, Commander etc. They gave a great selection of parts including NOS for restorations and regular maintenance. Mike, Jason and the rest of the team are always happy to help and responsive to help you with any questions. They can even recommend salvage yards in rare event a part is no longer available. I really like the website because it is so easy and intuitive to use. This makes placing orders fast and easy. Another great aspect of the website is that each part has a section for questions. I find this to be super helpful when hunting for the right part or how to install / use it. Keep up the great work guys! Kaiser Willys is the best!
