  Direct textile was fast in delivery and the towels were exactly as described. I appreciate finding a towel for such a reasonable price, these will be used as a gift for participants in a charity walk/run. Being able to give a beach towel to all participants is a way to attract more participants, raise more money for our chosen charity and provide a unique remembrance of the event. I plan on using them again for next years event.

  I received the towels I ordered and I can't complain for the price I had, the only issue is that they had a musty odor to them, I washed them twice and they still had the odor, I guess after we use them and let them sit in the sun a little it would disappear, that is my only issue....Thank you for a prompt delivery and the price was my option, I plan on ordering additional towels for my own personal use, I trust that quality will be of better quality since the price will be appropriate...

  I appreciate the fast service! This last order of 600 that I received was disappointing because the box pretty much fell apart during shipping, so my washcloths arrived dirty. Of course I wash them prior to use anyway, so it worked out okay, but when I pay for shipping I'd like them to arrive in good shape.

  I ordered the wrong items at first. Called the 1-800 number and they corrected it in house & made sure I received the items needed without any delay. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Ordered wrong items on a Monday, made a call & sent an email, correction email sent from Direct textile confirming changes, and I received proper order on Thursday of the same week. Thank you

  I received my order in five days after ordering -- thrilled it came so quickly. Worried when I opened it that the quantity was wrong -- but it was RIGHT!   This is the only site where the size I order, is actually very close to what I want, as far as fit and sizing goes. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for other suppliers on your site. The uniform shirts (although I wish you had a more heavy duty fabric), fit very well. The Navy pants fit my waist perfectly. It's difficult to find a thirty inch waist that actually IS thirty inches!
