  I've been waiting forever for my order. I emailed support and they told me the order was delayed an extra week. They should have told me that without my having to contact them. Very poor customer service!

  I ordered samples of several different towel combinations and got them timely and at a very reasonable cost. All were excellent and the sets I ordered were outstanding and a much better value and quality than I could find elsewhere. I highly recommend Direct Textile!
