  This is a great service for my 8 year old beginner pianist. In addition to her standard book exercises and songs, we can download simplified versions of current \songs which she learns and practices as an "extra". Since she can pick out the songs, there's no coaxing needed for her to practice. Her teacher uses the last 5-10 min of lesson time to help with the music.

  I ordered one item…a pack of 300 washcloths. Whoever put the order together shipped 1 washcloth in a huge box….one solitary washcloth! For $127, that’s one very expensive washcloth! But it set back setting up the air bnb for the next guest in time for their check in.

  I was dissapointed in the quality of the bibs. They were a greyish color when they arrived , so I washed them immediately thinking they may be dusty. However, upon washing, they looked worse. The towels were of a very poor quality as well. I will not reorder those. The blue bib was acceptable.

  The boxes came damaged. The website was easy enough to use and the customer service representative I talked to was nice and easy to talk with, but I wouldn't recommend this company. I had to return my product, and pay for the shipping to send it back. This is stated in their return policy, but I wouldn't have bought from them if I had known their product was this bad.

  We ordered some fitted sheets for our boutique hotel. The boxes arrived in very bad condition and we weren't a fan of the quality of the sheets. When we decided to return them, it look 14 days to get a response back. Once we did, we ended up having to spend $250 just to ship them back. Super slow service.

  I ordered two pairs of a particular pair of pants and received 2 different pairs that were not ordered. I have sent an email and hope that the company can resolve the issue. It is very disappointing to wait two weeks for the wrong order, especially when my daughter needs them for nursing school.

  Very disappointed in placemats. They are nothing but a piece if cheap cloth cut to look like a placemat. I was trying to match up what I have had for many years. Same style (octagonal), dark green but mine is a basket weave cloth..double sided. And talk about shipping costs. It cost more to ship 12 placemats then the cost of the placemats themselves. Not sure if I can get a refund.

  What a terrible customer experience. I called the number indicated on my order when the order did not arrive, and when the representative could not find any information, she said that I would be contacted within the next day or two. I received no contact, so called a week later, was electronically put on hold for several minutes, than told to go to the website. I did so, explained the problem, and still have never had a response, nor have I received my order.

  I ordered the sets of scrub tops and bottoms. I got only tops. Upon contacting them, they said it means tops only, whereas the product description clearly says it’s a set of a top and a bottom. It’s a ripoff!
