  I have called and emailed Nicole several times because the wrong color blanket was sent. I first requested a replacement, she told me to send email. She did not respond to it. I have since called and emailed her and the sales department and still no reply. I would like to return my incorrect items but they are not responding. Terrible customer service will not be ordering from them again.

  I still have not received my order of four pillows. I ordered them almost three weeks ago. The shipping speed is ridiculous. I will be calling to cancel my order. They were quick to take my payment but have not yet shipped the product I paid for. Yet I have received several emails asking for my review. Here is my review.

  I ordered four different size jackets in which three were not available and would not be in until January which is three months away. If items aren’t available, they should take them off of the website. I know you can’t take everything off, but three months is a long time to wait for a jacket Order had to be canceled because of the long wait to receive items. I had to call three times to get the refund posted back to my credit card account. 15 days of them holding my money is a little bit excessive in my opinion.

  Easy to navigate your website; order processed quickly; never received tracking info until the day of delivery - that frustrated us as it was maybe 10 or 12 days after we placed our order; we reached out to customer service and they responded a few times, but there were a few times when we had no response too. Had we received tracking info as soon as our order shipped, we would not have needed to reach out to customer service at all.

  One blanket arrived with a razor cut through its wrapper and through the blanket itself. In case you suspect that the customer cut through the box and into the blanket, the cut was in the opposite direction as the carton flaps. I have photos to demonstrate this. The cut was already in the blanket BEFORE it was packaged.

  I order over $400 of sheets and one had a defect, looks like the machine cut at the wrong time and it was sewn back together with a massive hideous seam. I reached out to customer service but because I had washed it, never used it, they said no returns. But why, the sheet obviously came this way, it didn’t happen in my washer or dryer. I can’t send it to my customer, it’s useless. I just wanted one sheet replaced.

  Very difficult to communicate. Generally nobody wants to take care of problems. Orders messed up or shorted turn out to be a time consuming problem. Just easier to take the loss than to try to get help.

  Sent one shirt instead of the two I ordered, then sent another two shirts after saying the first order had been cancelled. Charged double for shipping and offered no credit or refund on shipping for their mistakes. Then offered to take back one of the shirts, but never did. Terrible customer service!

  We order from Direct Textile Store regularly but this time we had an issue with boxes being torn up when they arrived as well as two boxes having to be re-boxed prior to getting to us. The torn boxes allowed some of the towels to be messed up with dirt or grime and had to be washed right away. Timing for delivery was spread out and took longer due to the re-boxing. We use the towels for our homeless mission to provide a towel and washcloth to every adult. Please try and use better cardboard as the towels are heavy and end up ripping the boxes pretty good.
