  The towels that were sent met my expectation but what didn’t is the misleading description on the item. You will not receive an assortment of colors in one packaging let alone if you order multiple packagings. They is no way to request colors and if your stuck with all pink for a boys birthday party, oh well! I’m not out $30 (around about) for shipping because that cost is put on the customer.

  I am disappointed on your product, the discription on the website is completely different from what I received, for the cost of $30 plus dollars and not able to return it. This hat was supposed to be part of an outfit for my mother in law burial, and you fail. I am very hurt that I can’t even burry the fed in it.

  Overall, great experience with ordering and purchasing through Direct Textile. I was able to find and order luxury, hotel-style bath towels that are of great quality and texture. I replaced all my towels at home and am very satisfied with my purchase. Delivery was very quick. The only downside was the box the towels were shipped in was pretty much torn to shreds. The towels inside were falling of the box. Luckily, each towel set was enclosed in thick plastic, but even some of those were torn. Thankfully, there was no damage or soiling to the towels.

  On May 4, 2025 I placed an order for 4 different gowns. On the following day I was contacted and told that 2 of the gowns were on backorder. I was informed of a suitable alternative that was currently in stock so, I agreed to the change. However, when I received my package there were 2 of each of the following gowns, IGT5XLN and IGVT5XLN. Which is 4 of the same gowns, just in 2 different colors. I placed my order with them to get some variety in my gowns. It becomes very monotonous wearing the same things daily. I actually already own one of the green gowns like was mailed. However, I do not have it in blue, so I did not mind that. My main concern is that the gowns sent do not match the images I selected during my order. I understand that 2 of the gowns were on backorder order, but the other 2 do not match what I received either. I contacted customer support and attached a screenshot of the gowns I ordered and the gowns I received. I asked what we could do to correct the problem. Their response was "Unfortunately the original sample items were not available. When ordering a sample you may not get the matching item as it is just for a sample to feel or see the quality of the item. I apologize that this information was not explained to you at the time of ordering." I responded that I understood. However,  I  wasn't aware that all 4 of the gowns I picked were not available. I was informed that 2 of my picks were being substituted, not all 4. To which they simply replied "I apologize for the inconvenience." There are many things that could have been done to remedy the situation. I feel like they basically said oh well, too bad! This is not the what I would call "customer service" at all!

  The scrub tops are perfect! But I had to purchase twelve of them. I want the matching jackets but you have to order 24 of those. I only needed 6 of each for now . I will keep looking for a seller with similar product who will sell less than bulk. But very good quality.

  I got 300 towels that I asked the customer service if those could be like the one I got from thomaston I was able to pay 3 dollars for a towel but I wanted them to be strong towels and I got 300 towels super thin they don’t work for me I am auto detailer I use strong chemicals those towels were for 1 dollar each plus 110 for to retur them I asked the gps for sent them back 80 dollars for one box total were 3 boxes so I could lose all the money about my 410 my order was 111667 I asked for cancel before they shipped in 8 hours but they said too late. I think that’s what happen so all is my fault I admitted to did not know where to buy the towels and tried here I will just recommend to new buyers make sure talk to two different representatives from this company to make sure you gotta get what you want

  My last 4 orders were great. Always order the Oford Viceroy Room Hand Towels. Have always beem 16 x 29. This time still listed as 16 x 29 but the 4 dozen I received were 15 x 27. I sent polite email 4 days ago. No response. I "chatted" with Bonita. She said she was speaking with manager regarding order and would respond to my email yesterday morning. 24 hours later ... no respose. Shipping charges for exactly same order 4 months ago was $29.43. This order shipping was $75.55. I chatted regarding that and no response.

  This is a great service for my 8 year old beginner pianist. In addition to her standard book exercises and songs, we can download simplified versions of current \songs which she learns and practices as an "extra". Since she can pick out the songs, there's no coaxing needed for her to practice. Her teacher uses the last 5-10 min of lesson time to help with the music.
