  I purchased these for donation to an overnight emergency shelter. I dropped them off today and the shelter manager seemed very happy with the product. I look forward to monitoring how they hold up to the daily sanitizing practices necessary to prevent cross infections in the shelter.

  The website is easy to navigate and everything arrived quickly. However, the sheets are incredibly thin (totally see through), and they’re very stiff and scratchy, even after washing. I was going to return them, but between the return shipping cost and the restocking fee, it’s not worth the small amount I’d get back.

  I ordered one item…a pack of 300 washcloths. Whoever put the order together shipped 1 washcloth in a huge box….one solitary washcloth! For $127, that’s one very expensive washcloth! But it set back setting up the air bnb for the next guest in time for their check in.

  I was dissapointed in the quality of the bibs. They were a greyish color when they arrived , so I washed them immediately thinking they may be dusty. However, upon washing, they looked worse. The towels were of a very poor quality as well. I will not reorder those. The blue bib was acceptable.

  The boxes came damaged. The website was easy enough to use and the customer service representative I talked to was nice and easy to talk with, but I wouldn't recommend this company. I had to return my product, and pay for the shipping to send it back. This is stated in their return policy, but I wouldn't have bought from them if I had known their product was this bad.

  I received hand towels not luxurious as stated on their product description. The dimension were different from what was advertised. I understand that things happens. But I have reached out several times to work out a return based on their return policy. I have heard back on their decision on shipping costs and restocking fee even though their product is defective. They are not returning calls and emails.

  We ordered some fitted sheets for our boutique hotel. The boxes arrived in very bad condition and we weren't a fan of the quality of the sheets. When we decided to return them, it look 14 days to get a response back. Once we did, we ended up having to spend $250 just to ship them back. Super slow service.
