  I ordered two pairs of a particular pair of pants and received 2 different pairs that were not ordered. I have sent an email and hope that the company can resolve the issue. It is very disappointing to wait two weeks for the wrong order, especially when my daughter needs them for nursing school.

  Very disappointed in placemats. They are nothing but a piece if cheap cloth cut to look like a placemat. I was trying to match up what I have had for many years. Same style (octagonal), dark green but mine is a basket weave cloth..double sided. And talk about shipping costs. It cost more to ship 12 placemats then the cost of the placemats themselves. Not sure if I can get a refund.

  What a terrible customer experience. I called the number indicated on my order when the order did not arrive, and when the representative could not find any information, she said that I would be contacted within the next day or two. I received no contact, so called a week later, was electronically put on hold for several minutes, than told to go to the website. I did so, explained the problem, and still have never had a response, nor have I received my order.

  I ordered the sets of scrub tops and bottoms. I got only tops. Upon contacting them, they said it means tops only, whereas the product description clearly says it’s a set of a top and a bottom. It’s a ripoff!

  The site have the products I was looking for and sometimes too much selections. You just need to navigate and adjust the filters. I thought the prices for what I was looking were not that expensive compared to other sites. I was looking to find a towel that I used in one of the hotel stays and although not the exact brand name, the feel of the towel was the same. I got a bulk set that comes in 2 sets and was happy with the purchase. I will buy again.

  Ordered WHITE towels for Christmas presents I am making (Santa/gnome beards) and what I got were at best, "dirty" white, more like pale gray. They look like white towels that have been used heavily for three or more months without being washed. I even tried bleaching one in straight bleach, but it never got close to being white. Last time I will use Direct Textile and will NEVER recommend them!

  The women ls sizing is too small, plus chipping is very expensive they said they can refund the $10 for the vest but I paid $17 to ship it, and if I reorder I have to pay $17 for shipping again one vest will cost me $54 😡

  I've been ordering the Fame smocks for years. They clearly have changed resulting in my staff not fitting into their typical sizes. This resulted in my having to return some. Which was barely worth it after the shipping and restocking fee.
