  The search and filter features were not very streamlined. It was really difficult to find twin duvet covers. Multiple supplier were presented because they offered twin pillow cases. You also only have one supplier that carries twin duvet covers and they are low quality.

  Very, very, very slow in shipping order. Customer service over the phone was not helpful and not very polite. Sounding like I was bothering them when asked when the order was going to be shipped.   Used the Green Choice Pillow on vacation and decided we both liked them. In looking online, Direct had the best price even though we had to order 10 of them---it was still cheaper than ordering singles from other suppliers. We had a house full of old pillows so this was a great solution for us.

  The first time I ordered, the shipping was late and no one even told me about how to get it. He took three months and I got my money refunded when I had to keep pressing them about the shipping information. The second order I got the towels were stained. I sent pictures and videos to do and still nothing has been done about it.

  On order page, it should state what can be returned/refunded at what cannot before a person places and order. I shouldn't have to go through various screens to learn this as it is time consuming. Ribcord bedspread is a twin size spread and considered a sample thus not eligible for refund. Samples are usually cut to order in specific sizes. Very disappointed in company policies regarding products.
