  Excited that I could purchase a product that gives me the professional look I desire to convey to the general public. I believe proper attire is effective in representation of a company you are employed by. The company I represent does not require nor do they provide uniforms. I found my shirts searching the internet. I found Direct Textile Store. I reviewed the site found what I needed and placed an order.

  If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Wanted to return towels that I ordered as they were paper thin and horrible quality. They said I had to return them within 14 days from Canada to Florida and that I would need to pay for shipping. lol the shipping cost was $200 and I pai $300 plus $100 shipping to receive them. Now I am stuck with their garbage because it’s useless to offer our guests at our resort.

  First time customer nightmare! I ordered a 12 pack of flat sheets and 12 pack of fitted sheets. I did not receive my order and had confirmation that it was delivered. Once calling the company Jason apologized and told me the issue is not with them but the carrier. I filed a claim but my $100 is gone and no merchandise.

  I ordered from Canada therefore sometimes expect to pay some duties. The duties I had to pay amounted to about 50% of the order - outrageous! I won't buy from these guys again, I'll source from another company with transparent fees.

  I love the envelope pockets for these fitted sheets. I never have to straighten them out. But because I take care of myself and cannot order in quantity I can only buy the 1 sample. The shopping experience was seamless. Thank you for letting me try out your beautiful sheets.

  I wasn’t happy about the quality. In order to return the items the restocking fee, shipping and policy made the return impractical. Now I have $400 in bathrobes I need to sell on marketplace at a deep discount to what I paid.

  I received the towels I ordered and I can't complain for the price I had, the only issue is that they had a musty odor to them, I washed them twice and they still had the odor, I guess after we use them and let them sit in the sun a little it would disappear, that is my only issue....Thank you for a prompt delivery and the price was my option, I plan on ordering additional towels for my own personal use, I trust that quality will be of better quality since the price will be appropriate...

  Direct textile was fast in delivery and the towels were exactly as described. I appreciate finding a towel for such a reasonable price, these will be used as a gift for participants in a charity walk/run. Being able to give a beach towel to all participants is a way to attract more participants, raise more money for our chosen charity and provide a unique remembrance of the event. I plan on using them again for next years event.

  I appreciate the fast service! This last order of 600 that I received was disappointing because the box pretty much fell apart during shipping, so my washcloths arrived dirty. Of course I wash them prior to use anyway, so it worked out okay, but when I pay for shipping I'd like them to arrive in good shape.

  Everything was fine, but I could have used some email communication about intended and completed delivery. This was especially important because I was shipping to address not my own, but it seems fairly easy for you to do and Amazon has made it an accepted practice.
