  I ordered the wrong items at first. Called the 1-800 number and they corrected it in house & made sure I received the items needed without any delay. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Ordered wrong items on a Monday, made a call & sent an email, correction email sent from Direct textile confirming changes, and I received proper order on Thursday of the same week. Thank you

  This is the only site where the size I order, is actually very close to what I want, as far as fit and sizing goes. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for other suppliers on your site. The uniform shirts (although I wish you had a more heavy duty fabric), fit very well. The Navy pants fit my waist perfectly. It's difficult to find a thirty inch waist that actually IS thirty inches!
