  The delivery was slow. Overall I was thrilled with my towels. I should say I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality . Nothing bad at all. Just slow getting here. I get it that at times snags slow things down. I will be recommending you to family and friends. Keep up the good work.

  I suggest having your website describe the products as they are so that purchasers are not unhappy with they arrive as ours did. The towels and wash clothes look like cheesecake rags.

  I ordered these towels after using the brand at an upscale resort spa. I decided to order a couple to see if the quality of the towel stood up at home. It did not. The company itself was very easy to work with and responsive and the product arrived smoothly. However, I am disappointed with the quality and will not be ordering anymore.

  I ordered a 6 pack of beach towels, With shipping it came to $8.91. I received a single crappiest towel ever. When I called them, they told me I had ordered a single sample towel. I'm looking at my order detail while they're telling me this. In order to send it back, I have to pay for shipping plus a 50% restocking fee. Worst company ever! Do not order from them! You will be very disappointed!!

  The first time interaction was very good, and I was really surprised about how many types of things this company offers. The shirts I ordered are a good quality product.   We use these type of sheets for our rentals where we provide amenities and linen! I thought they were gonna feel rougher like previous T-180 King sheets we bought from a local provider but they weren’t rough! They felt similar to our T250 (same brand) Thank you!   Your shipping out time is way too long. Waiting 5 days to process an order is terrible. Then it takes another 3 days to get it shipped. Thats a total of 8 days waiting time. Unacceptable.

  I literally had to disassemble the garment and put the drawstring in the right place so it was possible to tie it in some kind of reasonable fashion. I should not have to disassemble and hand-sew a garment that I paid good money for. Do your sewing/quality control folks not check functionality before sewing/selling/shipping? Please reimburse me for this item as it was not as it was presented.

  I ordered two DIFFERENT items. When my items arrived it was two of the SAME items. They expedited.to pick up the wrong item, and took over a week to deliver the correct item. I informed them that this item needs to be EXPEDITED. I was very disappointed that they took so long, after I told them to rush item. This was my first time using direct textile. I will give them ONE more try.
