  I ordered a case of towels. I received ONE towel. Now 2 weeks later still waiting for them to ship. Yes, I got a tracking number, but it's been 5days and status still says label created. 10/10 would not make another purchase here.

  The website stated that I was ordering a bundle of 12 towels. I paid $18 shipping on top of the cost of the towels. I received ONE towel. I had to call 3 times to find out where the rest of the towels were. They originally told me that the remainder would be sent to me. But a week later, no towels. Then I finally spoke to a manager (I had to INSIST to talk to someone higher up). She told me that their website had a mistake and the price was wrong for 12 towels and that I had only paid for one, so that's all they sent me. Even though they charged shipping for 12 towels. I NEVER would have paid $18 for shipping for one towel. And one towel does me no good. She refused to refund any of the money and refused to send me the remaining 11 towels. Even though she was the first to admit that the mistake was on their end - their website was incorrect.

  Our women's club Ladies of the Lakes ordered 60 aprons to use at our sponsored events. The 3 pockets have been a life saver for phones, money and car keys. We just had are annual boutique with 55 vendors the ladies really appreciated the aprons . The fit was adjustable for any body shape with adjustable neck bands and longer ties. Thanks again for the great service.

  The products themselves are what they are... but I think the shipping end of your organization has been slipping. You also need to figure out how to make it apparent when ordering that a product is out of stock. Finding out your order is out of stock a week or more later is very frustrating. In addition, your shipping costs are very high. I have been able to find the same product in many cases on Amazon with little or no shipping.

  The towels I received had rust all over them. I contacted Direct Textile via email and sent pictures for proof and I have heard nothing from this company. I do not recommend ordering from these people.

  Good evening, We do apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your order. A resolution has been emailed to you through your online account. The stains are most likely a superficial iron build-up that occurs from heat while product is being stored. They can be easily removed from the product by spraying Oxiclean or a mixture consisting of 50% bleach/50% water, directly on the spot. Again we do apologize for this inconvenience and hope to continue doing business with you again in the future.

  Too slow to get back with stock availability from warehouse. Slow with getting back on returns. Just an example: today is Friday. I inquired about instructions for a return last Friday. Followed instructions. Should have gotten return instructions within 3 business days and I still don't have that a week later. Unacceptable. On my first order I was told the item was available and about a week later I received an email saying they were out of stock and order would be delayed. Asking if I was willing to wait or cancel the order.

  I had a very tough time communicating with anyone. I went weeks without updates on my order. I understand supplier issues are not Direct Textiles fault, but lack of communication and clarity is. To top it off, the website switched over in the process and 100s of items I was still waiting on showed as delivered on the site, even though they were still backordered. Thankfully, they eventually came (7 months later), but I was left just hoping someone would read customer service notes to know that I still didn't have my products.

  My company switched to them for our uniform pants because they are a better quality and cheaper. The only issues I have with them is lack of communication on there part. They don't contact you if any part of the order is on back order unless you reach out to them asking where the order is. Another issue is that instead of shipping out what they do have of the order, they wait till what is on back order comes in. If part of the order is ready, they need to ship it and communicate that part of the order is being shipped and the rest is on back order and will be shipped when its in. The customer shouldn't have to reach out to find out where there order is. Another issue is that when I have reached out and finally get told that some items are on back order, and I have to request that they send what they do have, they pit the back order items back in the cart and the email days "I left something in the cart'. That is not true, I made the order, and paid for it. It's not my fault a few items are on back order.

  They billed me for my entire order (13 gowns) but only shipped 2 gowns. Upon calling to request a refund for the remainder, they told me they have to talk to the warehouse and will email me with more information. It's been over a week and still have not heard anything. This company is not easy to work with and they never even told me they didn't have my entire order, yet they charge the whole bill anyway.

  These 100% cotton sheets and pillowcases (Oxford Super T-300) are an excellent buy. I have ordered several times. In one case, the product was back-ordered, and the seller told me of that immediately, with an accurate estimate of availability. In the other cases, the product was shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition.

  Difficult to work with. I placed an order online, but while in cart, the page changed the quantity of one of my items. I could not e4dit or cancel directly once submitted, so I had to email a request. I did so immediately, but they could not update my order. I had to cancel my order which was a painful process that took several days. Then finally I could place a new order for the correct quantities. It would have been much easier for someone to help me simply update the quantity on one item.

  I have made several orders and the orders take months to get to the facility and they do not give you updates on your order but they take your money. I have had orders delayed for over 6-7 months, it's ridiculous. You can't understand the representative when you call about your order, then when you cancel the order and ask for a refund you have to call back to still not receive your refund for months. I ordered towels they came in months after ordered and they were very poor quality.

  I had ordered a single order of 6 waitress aprons, unfortunately I actually only received 1 apron! I emailed & then called and a lovely woman helped correct the oversight concerning myy order. I did receive the other 5 aprons. Excellent in person resolution assistance but obviously questionable order fulfillment.
